Annadale Family Medical Centre

Have been coming to this clinic for the last year or two, and just thought I’d show my appreciation and leave a review,

Thank you to Rose, who has gone over and beyond for me and my family with all our paperwork and always doing her best to get me in, and this week you outdone yourself.

Couldn’t recommend the whole team enough.

Had a very quick appointment with the doctor. The appointment went very well. Doctor was very nice. Reception service was very polite too.

Sending my appreciation for Dr. Michael and the exceptional care he has and continues to provide over the last year and a bit, his camaraderie creates a welcoming and positive visit along side of the wealth of knowledge he brings instills confidence in entrusting my elderly father, sister and son’s health to his care. Dr. Michael is a great healthcare provider and knows his stuff. He is just an all around good budju.

Also, love the nurse, amazing lady as well as the friendly reception staff.

Dr Aletta is a wonderful Dr with a great bedside manner. She listens intently & is very genuine. I couldn’t rate her more highly. She is an asset to the clinic.

They really put the ‘family’ in their name. Always a pleasant experience unlike some medical centres. The practice manager I think her name was Rose? oh my, what an absolute treat! Always up for a chat while I’m waiting (yes I’m a talker).

Doctors are great too and and will go above & beyond to make sure you understand! Class medical centre 👍🏽

Warm and lovely clinic, very family orientated place. Rose the practice manager is absolutely lovely, and receptionists are fantastic. Dr Michael is an old school doctor but is absolutely amazing in the care he gives you.

Dr Aletta is only good doctor around here, she’s bloody amazing! Always have to book way in advance because of how booked out she is, just shows how good of a doctor she is!

I have been attending this practice since it opened I have always been able get in and see a doctor and been able to see my regular gp. All staff are fantastic and all doctors I have seen have been great and reception staff have always been accommodating. I also appreciate that they accommodate with temporary doctors to help when they need coverage for doctors on leave or if they are short staffed. Fantastic clinic great doctors and reception staff. Good work guys

The owner generally cares about her patients and really reflects on feedback! Which makes me feel so comfortable to come back.

This will defiantly be my family doctor when I have children.

Overall great experience with this medical centre you would be silly not to go ! Love love love!

Massive 10/10 review for two awesome individuals at Annadale Family Medical Centre. Rose and Dr Simon. My honest belief is that this place would be lost without these two. Rose always goes above and beyond and puts in the extra mile. Dr Simon is a wealth of knowledge and always has all of our family members young or old walking out confidently knowing we have been looked after to the best standard. Well done to the both of you and most of all thank you.

The care I have received at this practice so far has been great! Really happy with the genuine, caring nature of the doctors and a special mention to reception staff, Christie and Bec. These girls go above and beyond to cater for their patient's needs and it is much appreciated! I will be back :)

The only thing that’s GREAT about this place is the BEAUTIFUL reception staff & Dr Simon Goode WHO is an awesome & very caring Doctor & a wonderful person.

I tried a new doctor today because mine was away & WHAT A WASTE OF OF MY LIFE that was, she was soooooooooo rude & so inconsiderate about my medical condition, she just wasn’t interested at ALL, she was more interested in getting me out of there. I tried telling her the medication I was currently taking & she stops me half way, she kept asking what I wanted from her !!! WOW I left in a much worse state of mind from when I went in with her.

This is definitely not the Clinics fault, ITS THE DOCTOR THAT HATES HER OCCUPATION as a Doctor & in return it affects the clinics reputation when it’s NOT THERE BUSINESS to ruin.

If your not happy within your career or what u chose to do for a living & that’s to help people & to be a DOCTOR, then CHANGE go work at McDonald’s flip burgers out the back so u don’t have to deal with people directly.

It’s a big shame when other people ruin things for the staff & owners because this Doctors clinic is one of the best I’ve ever been to. Dr Simone Goode is amazing & The beautiful, very friendly staff at Reception that do not deserve to be punished over a Doctor that rents a room. Amazing team at this doctors clinic always willing to help arrange appointments for my little ones even though they are booked out. They are all super friendly and the doctor's are very easy going and listen to our concerns rather than doing what they think only.

Dr Aletta is by far the most caring, knowledgeable and professional GP I have ever known in my 41 years and I have seen quite a few. I feel incredibly lucky to have found her which is why I always return to Annadale Family Medical Centre. You are very fortunate to have her.

After moving in new area, I was so worried about changing clinic and doctor for my family... But when I visited Annadale family medical centre, I was so happy with doctors, administrative team, Nursing team. Finally I feel so connected to my doctor, they understand and know my health condition better.... And even when I forget my appointment, still doctor call me back and check on me.. That wonderful support I am getting from this clinic..

I love having this medical practice so close to me. The staff, from the receptionists to the nurses to the doctors have all been wonderful. The nurses are always so gentle on a blood draw, and a couple of the doctors have gone above and beyond in their duty of care.

The most welcoming staff I have ever experienced. The Doctors are always on time knowledgeable and take patient care to the highest standards. Patient care is clearly number one priority at this practice

I have been attending the Annandale Medical Clinic since it opened and am so pleased with all the measures they take to keep us all safe. Staff very friendly and Drs are very approachable and you get a feeling of being welcomed and looked after

Just seen Dr Robert Holian for the first time. He is very patient, he listened and paid full attention to what I told him. He is professional. I will sure see him next time if I need medical advise. Thank you Dr Robert.

went to here 2 times with dr. Simon was amazing. He is funny, Good listener, friendly and informative. Today my toddler was dislocated her arm.. he fixed within minutes..
