MECCA Eastland

Came to the Eastland Mecca store today to get a facial done using a gift card I'd gotten for my birthday. Kat did my facial and she was so friendly and made me feel so pampered. I wasn't expecting much as the facial was advertised as an express "seated" facial, so I assumed I might just be sitting in the middle of the store at a mirror. I was taken into a private booth and was given a sparkling water and a blanket. Kat's consultation to understand my skin prior to the actual facial was thorough, and she took the time to ask me if there were any specific brands I wanted to try. She made me feel really calm and I felt confident in her care and knowledge of products. I had such a great experience and left the store feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. I will be recommending the Mecca facials to my friends.

I went to this store a couple of weeks ago to purchase a perfume I’ve had my eye on for a while and was probably my most exiting purchase in a long time, Karen working in the fragrance department made the experience 10x better. My friend and I have never had such a lovely lady help us like Karen did. I purchased Florence from Tocca and mentioned how excited I was for this perfume, Karen then took the liberty of spraying my hair and top with the fragrance and even the tissue paper!! every store needs a Karen 💖

Attended the eastland store on the weekend and was after a gift pack of the bum bum cream which you didn't have however the girl at the counter was so helpful and arranged for it to be shipped to my house. She even went as far as to give me a gift box and all the trimmings so I could ensure it was beautifully wrapped for my daughter..just as if I had got it wrapped in store! Excellent service couldn't rate them highly enough..just wish I could remember her name! Well done ladies!

Cannot thank Jade enough for her absolutely amazing customer service. She helped my mum and I out with all our requests and was super helpful with all the questions we asked. We felt like we were talking to a friend as she was super warm and made us feel so so comfortable! It’s definitely a customer service experience I won’t forget as we both left feeling super happy and confident in our purchases. We’ll keep returning as long as Jade’s there because shes 1 in a million.

Has some amazing perfumes, for both men and women. Definitely more expensive than DJ or Myer, but the quality is better too.

With very little knowledge of Mecca’s cosmetic range, the staff were very patient and helpful! They kindly gave samples to try and I… might have bought a lot more than expected :)

Attended 01/09/2023 in the evening. Was greeted at the door by a staff member who asked whether I required any assistance. Within two seconds, she called on another staff member who promptly got the product I was after. Staff were patient with my very curious 7yo. Transaction at the register was pleasant and the lady who served me was friendly. I was in and out within minutes. Great customer service, especially for a busy mum with a child.

My friend and I were approached by Jade today as soon as she saw us needing help. Jade’s brand and product knowledge is amazing, I’ve never felt so comfortable to ask as many questions as I did. I’ve also never felt so trusting of a staff member, I could tell her advice was so genuine. Sometimes I leave Mecca stores questioning my purchases but today I left with full confidence and satisfaction. Jade is so positive and friendly, Eastland isn’t my local store but I will always come here. Jade is truly an incredible person with amazing people skills, Mecca is lucky to have Jade on their team! Thank you Jade❤

Went to Mecca Eastland as a support worker with one of my clients- and I just wanted to thank one of the workers 'Emily Jade'. She went above and beyond to assist my client with Autism. She helped her pick a shade of lipstick, took her time applying it, gave us some tips and tricks etc. She not once made us feel rushed or like we were being a bother, she was kind and patient and my client walked out of there feeling beautiful and just really special overall. Give this girl a raise!

What amazing customer service I received this evening (1 week from Christmas). No fuss. No issue. Just cannot tell you how much better their team made me feel. That’s the type of stiff you tip extra for in other countries
Not just that, presented my purchase to me like they were proud to sell it

everytime i go into mecca im greeted so so warmly but this experience definitely tops it!

i came in today looking for my regular concealer and foundation. sadly my two foundation choices were out of stock so i ended up wandering around searching for some kind of back up. today, jordan approached me and dedicated nearly an hour of her time working through different shades and brands with me, making sure the undertones suited me and helped me get my perfect match!

her customer service was incredible, she created an inviting and helpful environment for me and made sure i left happy :)

definitely would recommend going to this mecca for all your makeup concerns, the staff are so willing to help!

I attended your store today in search of some new skincare as I felt my current products weren’t working for me. As I was browsing staff member Amber approached me and asked me if I needed help well I really did as what I was thinking about purchasing was not good for my skin type. Amber took the time to ask questions about what I use and recommended some products that would suit me. It was such an enjoyable experience and great customer service. Honestly it really made my day. I really appreciated all her help thank you so much.
