Very impressed with Men's clothing.

On the "take a further 50% off the already marked down price ' I found a shirt by Levi, perfect fit ,good quality and with that discount 👌

But at the counter to pay there was great disappointment. No discount on that item. Sadly I had to leave it. 😞 my sadness turned to anger when I went past the clothing rack and re-read the discount offer. The sign clearly said 50% off.
However my shirt must of been placed on the rack in error.

Then the Manager Simon turned up, heard my complaint, explained the error and then extended the discount to me as a good will gesture

This is a Myer full of 4 levels, that I feel like you could spend all day in!
It has so much to offer and if you can't find anything that you are looking for, I'm sure you'll be able to find a staff member near by that will be more than willing to help you out.
Basically any and every brand that you can think of, I'm sure you could find here.
Seeing how large the store is you would think that it wouldn't be kept in the best condition, but no this Myer looks as if it is brand new!
Amazing experience and I will be returning again.

Service was great, didn't have to go searching for a person who works there for assistance, like other department stores.
They were helpful to find what I was after straight away, even with the vague information I had of the description of the handbag I was looking for. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I walked in to exchange some some foundation that was the wrong shade purchased for me as a christmas gift. I was happily dealt with by Jo you suggested a couple of good options and referred me to Erin and Tania. They managed to help find the right shade for my skin along with suggestions for the upkeep of my skin.
Just want to take this time to say thank you and appreciate all the help given in order for me to be a regular with all three beautiful ladies. Its the best customers service i have ever recieved. I managed to find the right shade at Estee Lauder and walked away satisfied that my problems were resolved.

lisa served my boyfriend and i for perfume. unfortunately low on stock but she was very helpful and so kind. gave us samples and let us try whichever we liked. we ended up walking away happy (with perfume) and as a new myer one member. definitely would come back just for her! thanks so much lisa <3

Still one of the best place to shop. I was looking for mothers day present on Sunday and stumble across a promotion where if you spend $100 on a Gift card, you get $10 back. The shop assistant was very helpful in helping me with my purchase.
Which resulting me not only getting the mothers day present but also buying myself a swear shirt and a jumper for my son.

I really enojoyed the caffee on level 3 at eastland. Its great for familys and children. Me and my partner shared curly fries and it was plenty and tasty, well worth the price. Very quick and friendly service, iv been there a few times and cant wait till my son is older so he can play there and have lunch as well.

We visit Santa land. The staff where so helpful given I am disabled. We had also just had an upsetting experience with Eastland staff, so to have their kindness and fun cheered myself and my daughter up.

I've been on this earth for 47 years and in that time visited at least 6 myer stores totalling at least over 100 times and never once did i encounter bad customer service, unprofessional staff or unreasonable prices . Thankyou for you being you myer👍💎🙂

I would have loved to have time to go in & look. Use to live in Melb. Love the new Mall. Toilets I felt for the older people & people with injuries that would struggle to get from 1 side to another . Sitting areas would be good for a rest & waiting. Lovely colours . Great atmosphere .
I love Taking Shape was excellent. City chic did not have what I was looking for . Went to DFO Branddmart City chic excellent. Did some damage buys there. Boots. Coats.

I don't normally shop at Myer because I believe it is far to expensive for what it is. I decided to check out the men's clothing sales. I do like it that Myer has a big range of clothing. With that said, the sale items stood out well. I didn't have to look for any and the Mark downs were at a great price. I bought 2 Maddox shirts for about $80. The sizing is a little tighter compared to other men's outlets. I'm not complaining, still a great fit. The shirts are %100 cotton and very comfortable. I washed them before I wore them and they didn't shrink. I had to wait for about 5 minutes before I could try them on, that's due to the sales. The only thing I didn't like about the fitting rooms was the curtains. I think there should be a lockable door so no one can accidentally walk in. I will keep my eyes out for more sales.

On Saturday I had the best experience ever! I thought I would have a browse in Taking Shape, I didn't need anything. I was sooo impressed, not only did they have a huge variety of clothes, some a little different from the boutique but it was 30% of the markdowns too. It was Sam & Lyndal who made it so special, they were interested, they made suggestions, they looked for sizing, Sam run down to the boutique for a size for me. Nothing was too, hard! It wasn't just for me either, every customer was treated the same. It was a pleasure to shop, I ended up with five garments, two of which I would never had tried, let alone bought, if not encouraged by the ladies. Thank you and congrats on the great service. My wife said they very pleasant, quick service and arranged changes of item quickly.

- Caution: If you enter this place even with no intention of buying anything, you’ll end up buying quite a few items due to the way they’ve well organised the shop brand wise and products wise.. haha..
- just love browsing at this place and always grabbing something interesting and worth buying..
- Staff is excellent too.. special mention about a lovely girl called “Saku” at REVIEW brand collection.. she helped me getting the best long winter coat for my wife…
- tip: go for the Myer membership and keep redeeming the points in your shopping wisely.. cheers

You have coles, woolies, cinema, Myer & some other good brands & enough parking spaces.

Fantastic place to shop. Plenty of shops to choose from and very very clean. Friendly staff and great places to eat or just have a coffee. Plenty of parking spots available.

We did an exchange with one of bestest customer advisor called Leanne. She was so helpful from front to end. We r very blessed to have met her in store for help in exchanging a watch. Shout out to you, Leanne! Thank you very much!

Myers has the best female fashion labels that are quality made unlike some stores selling $80 tops that look like rubbish. sorry someone had to say it !

Super happy with Service here on a Lay-Buy pick up

Special thanks to Karen in the handbag section yesterday afternoon. She was unfailingly pleasant and helpful, in spite of having a queue of eight customers waiting for her assistance. When I commented on how busy she was, she confessed that she had been working ALL DAY WITHOUT A BREAK!!!Very unfair. I hope her assistance can be acknowledged by management in some way. She deserves it.
