Our first experience with Travel Associates proved to be successful in booking a cruise and resolving a long lasting issue with Princes Cruises.

This was dealt with by our consultant Andrea who was most thorough and professional in resolving our issue.

It was a pleasure dealing with Andrea who was most informative about all aspects of the cruise we booked.

We would choose Travel Associates again and would continue our connection with Andrea.

Adam helped us book a fabulous cruise and gave us perfect advice to choose the cabin type most suited to our needs.
Everything was arranged and booked effortlessly and he was always available to answer our questions.
We will definitely be choosing Travel Associates to arrange our next holiday.

Kerry planned and managed our recent 3 weeks holiday to Italy. Kerry took care of all the airfares, hotel bookings, transit details and day trips. In Kerry's own amazing style, everything was done to perfection even down to our daily schedules all printed and presented in date order. Kerry's has booked and managed almost a dozen overseas trips for us over the years and we rely on her knowledge and experience every time we travel. We couldn't recommend Kerry highly enough. I highly recommend Bec and her team. After a short discussion with Bec outlining what I had in mind for a family holiday and what my budget was I received an email with a destination matching exactly what I had in mind and in our budget. It was the best experience I have had with a travel agency and the holiday went smoothly and stress free. Bec was such a brilliant help with any questions and responded to emails in short time and always happy to assist with anything. I will be going back to Bec with our next holiday ideas most definitely.

I have just returned from a wonderful 28 day tour of Italy seamlessly and superbly organised by Kerry. Her communication the whole way through the booking process was spot on. The flights and the transfers she arranged to exquisite hotels and the organisation of our tours was superb. I would highly recommend Kerry and thank her for our wonderful experience.

We have dealt with Adam at Travel Associates, Glenelg for quite a few years now and have always been impressed by his professionalism, friendliness and ability to quickly process our travel ideas and create a holiday plan that more than meets our requirements. Adam’s positive attitude has been particularly appreciated during the current challenging environment.

Having booked quite a few cruises and holidays through Travel Associates at Glenelg (Adam Crossman) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Our last holiday for example. We had already arrived in Singapore when our cruise was cancelled the day before we were due to leave. It only took one phone call to Adam back in Australia and he arranged the nightmarish job of trying to get us home. All who were on the cruise were also trying to arrange flights. He kept us up to date with all the arrangements and for that we were very grateful. After arriving home and covid really hit, he followed up everything until we received all our credits ( including return flights). We have already booked 2 more holidays through him which we hope will materialise. Travel agents have taken a real hammering through covid ( along with a lot of other businesses) and we are very pleased that Travel Associates at Glenelg have managed to survive this. I truly think that clients have stayed with them because of the service that they provide.

I have been very happy with the service and assistance given with our travel arrangements which have gone completely astray during 2020. Donna and Adam have been extremely helpful with advice and proactive in obtaining refunds or future credits for cancelled bookings to minimise financial loss on our part. I could not imagine doing it all myself!

Donna Woodhouse has been ‘our’ travel agent for the past 13 years. During this time, thanks to her worldly knowledge, she has assisted us in planning some amazing overseas journeys. Without her sound advice we would have found ourselves in a precarious (and costly) situation on more than one occasion.
