Dr Zainab is absolutely wonderful. She is one of the most in demand doctors in the west and it’s because she’s the best. She has been my trusted doctor for many years now and I appreciate everything she has done for me.

Always there to listen and extremely respectful and courteous. I have multiple complex chronic disabilities and illnesses and i am treated very well and professionally. I like that the staff know me and talk to me and ask how I'm going, even over the phone.
I can speak highly enough of them and their quality of care. Even though ive moved suburbs i will still travel to Medic First.

I always look forward to coming in to my GP visits at Tribeca Medic First. The ladies at reception are always so nice and very quick to get you settled in for you appointment. The clinics always very clean and the other doctors and nurses who are busy, always are nice to stop to wave hello and sometimes stop for a quick chat. Like I had today with the nurse who gave me my flu shot awhile ago. My visit with the best doctor in Australia Dr. Firas was great as always, he looks after me with all the latest things that can help me. For this I am very grateful . Evelyn

Always a good experience at this centre!
The only thing that is extremely annoying, is that the two car parks marked for those with a disability access card, are FREQUENTLY used by non-disabled persons. I’ve seen many of them just shopping or using the laundry service.

Medic First is great medical , dental , physio therapy and lab service . We recently moved from New Zealand and impressed with professional services .All the Dr’s and staff members very help full and kind . Strongly recommended A++

Excellent practice! Dr's are thorough, patient, friendly and explain in detail and plain English. Wait times are very minimal. Waitroom is always clean. Thank you for taking care of me and my family 😀

Dr Firas Alhamdani is amazing GP I have ever seen. I have a great experience with Dr Rokon Ahmed too.
They have an amazing nurse. She is calm, caring, very knowledgeable.

No long waiting, I have been consulting Dr firas who is very helpful and informative. No ou of pocket fee, if you book appointment before 4pm Mon- Fri. Best clinic to visit in pointcook area.
