Bridgewater Dental

In researching a new dental practice, I was encouraged by the information, practice culture, and practicioner details conveyed by the Bridgewater Dental website.
Words are one thing, but the actual experience is the real test.
I am very pleased to say that I was impressed by the welcoming ambiance and friendliness at reception, by the fully up to date equipment and technology in the treatment rooms, and by the care and absolutely exceptional attention to detail I received.
The culture, thoroughness and skills of the team of professionals at Bridgewater Dental is levels above anything I have ever experienced - ever!
Bridgewater Dental is frankly, exceptional!

The staff are friendly, genuine and make you feel at ease, as is Sharon the dentist who is also earnest and diligent in getting the best outcome for you.
They went out of their way to rectify a damaged tooth for me a few days before my daughters wedding!

My experience was exceptional. Dr. Borrett was able to do a much deeper clean than anyone I’ve seen in the past decade, and my teeth look and feel amazing compared to any previous treatments. She was also wonderful with my 9month old, using all sorts of tips and tricks and mostly her natural warmth to engage her - so much so that she wanted to keep having her mouth suctioned! 😂. Won’t be going anywhere else again!

Wonderful dentists, very accomodating to needs and requests, super laid back and easy going and will always have a chat to you. Fantastic attention to detail and will make you come out wanting to smile again!

Excellent experiences taking kids here for their regular check ups (however we do have to take them to the paediatric dentist for other more specialist appointments).
For a place to take the family for regular check ups the team are personable and professional and great with the kids. (They even took note of the toothpaste that we liked and gave some to us on our following visit!) I think you can book online, however I would suggest calling as they seem to have more appointments available that way, in our experience they can usually book you in the following week..

Absolutely BRILLIANT practice. Staff were lovely and Dr Sharyn Borrett is one of the best dentists I have ever seen. I have been to many dentists in my adult life but this clinic will be my regular from here on in. My 5 year old had a great time attending my appointment too, the staff were very accommodating of her. It's very hard to find somewhere that ticks all the boxes, but Bridgewater Dental have definitely achieved that, and more.

Sharyn took the time to explain what she was doing and why. During a double filling she provided times for a 'breather'. It seems to me that her work was done carefully and well. Her assistant also did well in keeping water out of my mouth.

Dr Yu Xiu is 1 of the 5 dentists I have decided to take the frightening challenges of dentist visits in my 50+ years of life experiences and I am really glad that she has fully restored my confidence in a dentist. Always a good experience here, I've been going for many years now. All provide a gentle and caring approach balanced with realistic advice e.g. "if you don't do X then Y is likely to happen". We always have a great chat about non-dental things too, very friendly and highly competent clinic all round.

Now that I have found this Medibank Private practice in my area I won't be changing. They have cared very well for my dental needs. And if you are a Member the gaps are minimal. My regular Hygienist clean is very thorough and mindful of sensitivity. Very satisfied thank you 😊

I really like the Bridgewater dental clinic for many reasons but the main reason is because my dentist Sharon is very thorough and clinically very skilled. She is very caring and offers me all of the options options with clear explanations and this is very important to me. I also really liked the reception staff who are always very helpful and very cheerful.

A wonderful team of dexterous hygienists, and master surgeons. The receptionist is a beautiful soul. I feel lucky that the closest dental clinic to where I live, also happens to be the best in the world.
