Terrible service. Not sure why but they refused to process an Amazon return. First an excuse of not sure how to do it and then a second of - sorry we don’t do it on Saturdays after speaking to her manager on the phone. Must not have a good margin on it I imagine, so turning down processing. Very frustrating staff.

Terrible customer service! This news agency advertises that it’s part of the container deposit scheme. When I went to deliver some containers there, the staff member told me that they had no room and couldn’t accept more. When I asked where the next closest refund point was, he simply replied “I have no idea”. I appreciate that if they’re full they can’t accept more, but he didn’t have to be so rude and unhelpful!

These people wont give me my package even though my dad said i have to collect it and we showed him evidence that my dad want me to pick up that package simply disgraceful.
