Warm, welcoming, had a chat with me about paints, offered some suggestions about games I might like based on my interests, and some videos on YouTube I could watch to refine my skills. 10/10, would go back.

Went in looking to try out this hobby as I’d just been at a friends house who was heavily into the game.

Painting the miniatures looked like fun, I wanted a creative outlet and painting space-marines looked a treat.

Lachlan who was hosting the store at the time was very welcoming, he even gave me a tutorial on how to paint and I got to keep the little space-marine I painted. What a great way to get people invested! Best sales pitch for a product I’ve ever seen!

Anyway the store was chock full of different factions, they have a great assortment of paints as well as tools and brushes for constructing and decorating your armies.

Great store, great staff. I will be visiting again next pay check, ha ha.

I'm pretty new to Warhammer comparatively and I don't think I could have been prepared for how welcome and embraced I felt here. I was given so much valuable information and service, and I was like a kid in a candy store browsing all the miniatures. I'll find it hard to stay away

Came in new to warhammer 40k after a friend got me hooked on the lore. The staff have been very friendly and even taught me a few things. Great place!

Pretty new to 40K and wanted to pick up a few things, the service experience was excellent both over the phone and in person. There's even heaps of free parking just around the corner. I'll definitely be back!

Just visited today for the first time. Matt was super helpful with providing info in regard to the questions that I had. The shop has a great setup and I felt really welcome. Really good experience!

Went into this store last week with a very outdated understanding of the hobby and looking to get back into it. The gentleman who worked there, William, was very passionate and took the time to explain many things and help me to find what I was looking for.

My wife took my 8 year old son down for his first visit to a Warhammer store and he had a fantastic experience, thank you for the excellent customer service professional store layout and helping him chose his first 40k set 👍 10/10

Great customer service. I know zip about Warhammer, and was sent to buy a birthdsy present for my brother in law. I was walked through all of the available options, and ended up making a purchase that was very well received. Definitely recommended.

Amazing place for all ages with very friendly staff members who have all your answers in regards to all your hobby gaming needs. It also has that nostalgic feel to it that takes you decades back to your childhood.
