Urbanised Homes

I was introduced to Alex from Urbanised Homes by my Architect Goran from (Lazarovski Design) to build a new 2 bed 2 bath 2 Garage Unit at the rear of an existing Old property. This was my first time attempting such a build project and I have no idea of the steps and process to go about it. It was that period when builders were going broke and building Supplies were short and prices were on the rise. Many volume builders have turned my project down - either they said they could not do it or quoted me a ridiculous price.
Alex came up with this contract pricing where he has allowed in for allowances for many building supplies to ensure he was safe and I was also knowing what was going on.
Yes, we did hit many surprises with the material costs and others but Alex's support through out the build in terms of being upfront about any issues and his commitment to delivering it with utmost Quality is what made me stay stable and complete it.
I am from Sydney and I dont even see him or visit Site on a Regular Basis but he was in touch with me over the phone, video calls etc.. and ensured that I was feeling good and confident about the build. He has Always answered my calls and also got back back to me in less than 24 hours if he was busy.

Where he had jobs quoted outside of the contract price, he was flexible enough for me to get quotes from other Tradies and he always tried to match up to their quotes. Where possible he let the third party contractors hired by me to do the job and supported them and myself in every which way.

It was a great Experience building with Alex from Urbanised Homes in such difficult Times. I am giving 5 stars today not for their Pricing - but the ease of doing business with them, support that they have provided, care taken for an interstate customer. For their Honesty and quick responsive behaviour to me or my calls and questions.
Above All the Build Quality is TOP NOTCH.
