Fantastic and extremely professional business. Best carpet laying ever.
Nothing was a problem and everything went according to plan. Chris, the installer was an absolute legend. If you need carpet installed, this is the place to go. We had high end loop pile carpet installed and the entire process was completed in a day. We had a cheaper option from one of the bigger retail store however we felt like we'd get a better job with AZ and his team. We were pleasantly surprised at the service we received.
NB, we have absolutely no affiliation or kickbacks from this business, just giving an honest opinion of the service we received.

Carpet court did an awesome job with my new engineered wood floors and carpet for the bedrooms. The products are beautiful and well worth the money. I definitely recommend taking the carpet book home to look at how the colours work in your home. I picked a totally different shade once I'd seen the samples with my furniture.

The installation went smoothly and on time. Az quickly attended to a couple of minor issues after installation and the team were great to deal with. Definitely recommend them for great quality and service.

I received very competitive pricing. Az was able to send a measurer the day I popped into the store. He gave me really good options for carpet and allowed me to take a few samples home to help me decide. The carpet layer was very skilled. Overall I am very pleased with their service. Communication was excellent.

I had a fantastic experience with Carpet Court Essendon, we had a very tight window to get our Floors done before moving in. I was initially a bit hesitant to go here, but we found the staff to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products. Not only did they do their best to accommodate our tight timeline, they offered fantastic advice on what products would suit our house. Aziz the store manager went above and beyond to ensure things were done in time and any hiccups quickly resolved.

Also a huge shoutout to the installation team (Armaan) who's attention to detail quality finishing has had friends and family (and other tradespeople) comment on the wonderful job!

We recently had carpet installed and quotes for timber flooring. The service by this business is outstanding. Nothing was a problem for our installer Yani despite the weather being very hot and windy that day. Just wanted to provide some feedback in regards to the Laminate flooring that was installed in my parents home on the 23& 24 February.

Firstly for being able to get Simon to come and measure the amount of flooring to be done and explaining different cost to us. We were happy with competitive quote.

Also wanted to pass onto (i think the ladies name was Vida ) apologies if this is wrong. In the short period we were there she looked at the photo i showed her of the house interiors and went through the colours of the laminate and gave me a selection of 3 samples to take back to the house. All 3 sampes were very good, one of them looked perfect in the place.

Also really wanted to commend the Installers that you use (Amon & Armin) . Such professional and friendly guys. The job was done so well, it was especially hot those days and was amazing how quickly the laminate was put in. Each day when they left and throughout the day they cleaned up so well. I couldn't see any issues with the flooring installation when they left, which a testament to their work

Such an easy, stress-free process! Visited the store, where we were given some excellent advice by Adam, who helped us choose possible carpets for our bedroom. He arrived promptly the following day, bringing our choices, to measure and quote. Was good to be able to see the carpets in the room, and to discuss how the carpet would be laid. The installer arrived the following week, on time, and the job was completed in a few hours. Very happy with the service, professionalism and friendliness of all involved. Would definitely recommend this company.

Hi today Simon from Carpet court came to our house to give us a quote for new flooring in our house, from my first phone call last week just to get an idea his politeness and professionalism were second to none. Today we met Simon as he came to measure up and quote us and with a couple of minor hiccups with our floor being slightly on a slant in the kitchen Simon put us at ease and said it could be done. We were very pleasantly surprised at the quote and ended up getting a quote for new blind also. Cant wait as it will give our home a completely fresh look and this time next month will be done. Once again to Simon whom we now feel like we have known him forever a huge thank-you for all your help and assistance and guiding us in the right direction with NO pressure. 31/08/19 Well our new floors have been laid and we could not be happier such a difference, I cannot tell you how happy were are. Armin and the boys did an amazing job laying the floors again very friendly helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We have also ordered new verticals for windows which will be ready in a few weeks. We went down to the store today and met Adam what a great guy so helpful and friendly he assisted us with picking our living room carpet square and matching hall runner. Just before we were heading home Simon made it back to the store it was great top catch up to say G.DAY.... once again any one out there thinking about it just do it and I cant recommend Essendon Carpet Court enough once again I will add again after our blinds and new rugs arrive cheers...
30/09/19 Well all done our new blinds were installed last week and look great once again a huge thank-you to Simon and Adam for friendly and professional service we are so happy and have had several compliments on our homes face-lift .....Again we would highly recommend Essendon Carpet court to anyone considering renovations, kindest regard Christine Fisher.

I had shopped around for a while before making my decision on my floors and they were the best value by at least a third! I felt comfortable with Sean as soon as I entered his store. He was very knowledgeable about his product and happy to advise. I chose a laminate flooring and was absolutely stunned by the beautiful work Arman completed for me in such a short time. Recently I had some hybrid flooring installed. The service and advice was exceptional.
I urgently needed the flooring within 10 days as I was getting a puppy.
The guys at carpet court advised me on the most suitable flooring and the two floor installers removed the carpet and installed the new hybrid flooring with total professionalism.

The team at Essendon Carpet Court have been amazing - I needed carpet, knowing nothing about carpet, and Shariff and Simon were helpful and professional from beginning to end. Adam, Simon and Sean were all excellent at offering feedback and support during the purchase of our carpets. The customer service continued only 4 weeks after the carpets had been laid as they sustained substantial rust and oil damage from an Air Conditioning tradesperson visiting our home. Sean offered a calm voice and talked us through a very hectic few hours. In addition, Sean recommended a fantastic company to steam clean the carpets. To our shock the stains were removed and look brand new again. I'd recommend them if you're looking for new carpets. Thanks Guys!

These guys were fantastic. They we so obliging and when timing didn't work out with all the trades during my renovation, it was Carpet Court who cared and negotiated with me for an outcome that worked for me, even though the timing issues had nothing to do with them at all. They were all so wonderful, stayed later than they should have had to to get the job done, and the carpet looks fantastic. Finally, a supplier the customer can rely on. Thanks Carpet Court!

Brad at the shop made choosing my carpet so simple and easy and it looks beautiful, Adam turned up on time and did a great reasonable measure and quote, and the installers did an amazing job onsite installing it - all for a very reasonable price!
