I can not recommend this store enough. Teresa was amazing. Her product knowledge and customer service is exceptional and her design skills really made sure that we got the most from our space. Having a representative who understands building and can help a client navigate the process so well is a real point of difference. We also worked with Janelle and again, the service provided (and coffee!) was amazing. Both team members looked after us so well and the level of service in this store is above and beyond what we have experienced elsewhere. Thanks so much for all your help, guidance and wise words. Not one staff member acknowledged us. We walked the entire shop floor, such a shame as we came to purchase all the items for our new house and left empty handed.

Currently building a 3 storey home. Looking for options for kitchen, 5 bathrooms/powder rooms, and unfortunately I wasn’t even greeted. First impressions matter so I’ll be sourcing my products elsewhere.

On the website it says this specific Reece store closes at 4pm but doesn't say that the plumbing supplies section closes at 12pm, fix your website
