Today ,l was served by a lovely staff member Sophie.Provided excellent service . 10/10 .Gave me some advice with fittings .👏

I had the nicest experience in bras and things Greensborough, being served by the lovely Scarlett who somehow juggled 4 customers with all different needs at once, She was so caring and compassionate. She made sure that we were all made to feel comfortable and looked after. This what good customer service is all about.

I went into the store yesterday to have a look around for a set that I had in mind and one of the beautiful staff members Scarlett was so helpful when it came to sizing and helping me find what I was looking for. she was so patient and made me feel so comfortable when it came to trying things on and deciding on what I liked and didn't. I left extremely happy knowing that I got exactly what I wanted.

I went to this store on 15 January. I was greeted by a wonderful, caring, beautiful and very professional young lady called Angela. I felt uncomfortable being fitted for a new bra, Angela showed so much kindness and helped me feel not so embarrassed. I just wanted to share how amazing Angela is and I was very lucky to have met her. Angela, thank you so much for looking after me.

No intent to buy until I asked if they do bra fittings. Non invasive measurements done over your top that you are wearing and fitting and knowledge was spot on for what I needed. A young lady served me and was super helpful considering how young she seemed. Ended up spending $110 and walked away very happy and now have the exact style no. for future purchases. Thanks for your helpful service!

Had a horrible experience in store today with a lady called Erica questioning me about not having a mask. Even after I explained I have asthma proceeded to question if I have an exemption. Clearly proper training needs to be done in store for customers not to feel questioned about health issue that they have.
