Great team including GPs, receptionists and nurse. Dr Harrison saw my son after he was bitten by a dog and I’m sure he stayed after hours. Dr Sharrock is exceptionally caring and empathetic. Definitely the best practice I’ve been to.

Wonderful doctors and team. The effort they put in has been astounding and I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr Sharrock has been our family GP for the best part of 30 years.

He’s looked after me since I was nine years old and now I take both my kids to see him.

He’s never steered us wrong - we trust him implicitly.

He takes his time with patients and also listens with an understanding ear.

As far as I’m concerned, he is never allowed to retire :)

Our family doctor for nearly 30 years. Dr Richard Harrison has been our family doctor since 1995, and has seen me since I was 5 years old. He's the best. He has supported us through everything. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

We've seen 5 different doctors here and although we primarily see 2 (because of our young children) we have been very happy with every experience.
Dr. Harrison and Dr. Martin are excellent at their job. They explain the treatment options, diagnosis and rationale simply and with appropriate details.
They're both great with our two kids and make the doctors office a positive place to be.
All doctors are similarly skilled.
The staff are very friendly and helpful.
There's a playroom, TV and enough books and magazines to keep everyone busy.

I've been looked after by Dr Martin and the team there for several years now after having a leg amputated and several surgeries that followed. Wound care, prescription and mental health care advise has always been spot on and the detailed records and coordination of other specialists elsewhere has been first class, which means if needed I can (and have) seen any and all of the doctors there. Ongoing monthly claims forms for income protection have been completed honestly and without hassle, and full support/assistance to progressively return to full time work has made a massive difference.

Wish there was more disabled parking spaces as a lot of the ppl that come here are disabled, including myself. The ramp up to the building is very inaccessible and steep, especially for disabled people or the elderly. The disabled bathroom has a grab rail and lots of room to maneuver or change someone (no adult change table unfortunately). The surrounding area is a little nature walking path which is great for getting some air or killing time while waiting. The examination rooms are also small and hard to maneuver in a wheelchair and the beds require getting up onto them to be examined which I can’t do without risk of falling but the doctors generally are happy to help me find the best way to do it without getting up or moving chairs for me. Otherwise the staff are lovely and helpful. I’ve experienced medical negligence most of my life but now I feel supported and like these doctors actually care and are trying to get me things in place to help me which I am so thankful for.

Been to this clinic for years with several doctors.
Always a disappointment. Always very delayed with appointments, doctors not taking you seriously or even having the biggest smile on their face while you’re sharing a serious matter with them or getting slammed with a bill months later, while you specifically asked then on the day why there is no charge and they told me the doctor decided to bulk bill it. Now, months later, we get a bill for surgery consultation, while it was just a check.
This was my last visit at this clinic. Luckily we don’t need to go to the GP often but I’ve had enough of this clinic and I’m sure there must be better ones around!

Sadly, just a money hungry clinic these days.
Have had family with them their whole life who they will now happily bill for a phonecall post-bloodtest that never happened (after paying that initial consult).

This isnt the first time we've experienced their money focused approach to client needs.

Go elsewhere.

If you are a new patient looking for a new GP I would not recommend this clinic. Its very difficult to get an appointment here and you will often have to wait 3-4 weeks to see the GP. I have had difficulty securing regular appointments and it's especially difficult to see a GP here if you get sick. There are a number of same day appointments that "open up" at 0830 in the morning which you have to call to try and secure. The phone is usually busy and there is no automated queue- so by the time you call back and get through a same day appointment won't be available and reception staff will ask you to try again tomorrow. Reception staff are often obstructive and unhelpful, which is disappointing as all the GPs here are very good.
There is also a lack of communication between reception staff and patients. Often the GP has been running up to an hour to an hour and a half late but reception staff won't communicate this to you and you wonder why you're still waiting in the carpark an hour after your appointment time to be seen. At previous clinics I have been to, reception will call you and let you know the GP is running late so that you're not waiting unnecessarily.
