Cincotta Discount Chemist Meadowbank

I am beyond grateful for this chemist and the team who work there. They are all very knowledgeable and caring, I feel like they put customers first and genuinely see how they can help the best they can, often finding ways to make your life easier that you didn't know was an option or possible. I've been coming here for years now and they all really do an amazing job.

What a pleasure it is to have such a helpful, quality consious pharmacy close by. The staff seem to thrive on exemplary customer service - nothing is too much for them. On a personal note, I would like to say a big "thank you" to all the staff for looking after me these past 2 years and to wish them all seasons greetings.

A good local pharmacy, with a good range of products. What's really good about thus place is that it's an actual pharmacy, not a store half taken up by cosmetics and perfume. Prices are entirely reasonable. Customer service is good. Waiting times for prescriptions are pretty short, although you might face the occasional delay. All up, this is a valued local pharmacy and we'll worth your business.

This really is the most helpful chemist in the area. Big kudos to the staff who always tries to take your issues seriously. It's great to have some knowledgeable staff in the vicinity.

I have been a loyal customer of the pharmacy for the past few years. I just happened to be at the store buying medication for my child and overheard the conversation of Nai Li with the pharmacist and I am totally appalled at his dishonest and biased review which made me angry enough to write my own review.

Firstly when Nai Li claimed that the medication is expired stock and demanded a refund, the pharmacist explained to him that this medication was only ordered from the supplier last week and she was also surprised that it will expire end of this month. I clearly heard the pharmacist offering to call the supplier and investigate but the next thing I could hear was Nai Li yelling and abusing the pharmacist in an intimidating manner which is totally unwarranted. After she spoke to the supplier, as a gesture of goodwill, the pharmacist offered Nai Li a replacement stock with a long expiry date and he refused. Even though he claimed that $16 does not matter to him, the whole time he was demanding $16 refund. The pharmacist was clearly upset and shaken by Nai Li's behaviour.

I have been buying my medicines from this chemist since I moved to the area and the service has always been excellent especially lately since they have changed to a Cincotta Discount Chemist. Their prices are clearly very competitive and a lot the times are cheaper than Chemist Warehouse.

Being a local, I feel we need to support our local businesses. Ultimately they are there to support the local community. However I feel the local business owners do not need to take abuse from people like Nai Li. If you're not happy, go somewhere else to get your medications. They already offered you a replacement. Be reasonable !!!. Raising your voice and being intimidating is completely unacceptable and just shows you're a bully.

This may be a first for NSW. The meadowbank cincotta team just delivered a RAT kit to my home for no extra fee as they didn't have stock when I checked in store. Very pleasantly surprised.

Jenny & Lee go out of their way for me at Cincotta Pharmacy at Meadowbank. They are very pleasant & happy to assist me. The whole team is reliable & the overall shopping experience is excellent 🤩🤩

I went in today looking for an Omega3 supplement they did not have it in stock.They ordered it and delivered it at no additional cost at 8PM to my home.
