I had a terrible emergency at midnight tonight. Sewerage had started coming up through the shower. I called SLB and they called straight back - I then was able to spend 15 minutes asking for advice, since SLB has moved to King Lake and not is no longer in Eltham. I was able to take their advice and after two hours doing a very unpleasant job, I have unblocked the drain and cleaned the shower/bathroom. I really appreciate that I was able to take up your time at such a late hour, and be given such a kind patience. Thank you very much.
