To the person who wrote a review on the fact they only go to this chicken shop to quote “crack up” at the workers service, you must have a sad life. As a local and loyal customer to this chicken shop the staff are more then accommodating and produce great food. so to you KIRK LIMMELL i say, stick your opinion where the sun doesnt shine and be respectful to this local chicken shop that put the KFC and Mcdonalds chips you probably willingly buy to shame. These are the type of people that need to be stopped

Possibly the best charcoal chicken takeaway ive ever been too, food is good, friendly staff, not too pricey , chicken has never been dry or undercooked, definitely would recommend, this shop has been around for a fair bit of time now so you know they are good

Amazing Lamb Kebab with Chips. Ingredients all very fresh and tasty!

My partner and I are quite picky eaters, but I can’t fault this chicken shop. I ordered a Spicy Burger, and my partner order the plain burger and it was delicious! The sauces have such a nice flavor, and the customer service here is excellent.

There was a mistake with our order, the owner went above and beyond to rectify it and then some. Good customer service is rare these days. Thank you so much for being so kind. We love your yummy food and will be back!

Saw a whole lot of mixed reviews on here so I thought I’d try this place out myself. So glad I did. Absolutely beautiful

Wow ! All I can say about my experience here.
I was served by 2 lovely girls who clearly were well experienced. I over heard there names during conversation when distributing my food TAHLIA + ASH. The food was made to the best possible way. I will continue to come here with lovely experience from them. They deserve a raise with the work done by them. Proud of this local bussiness.

I stumbled this place, while working in this area and I'm glad I did. Salads and chicken were so divine, wish I had this place locally to me.

I normally opt for the chicken roll as unlike most places they use fresh chicken and it’s delicious but can’t recall every having bad food so I recommend it.

The BBQ Chicken from Mr. Rooster has a beautiful smokey charcoal aroma about it and is always very juicy & tasty. As do the Salads and Chips.
My favorites are, the home made wedges, the lamb souvlaki and the Greek deserts that have been recently added to the menu. (Home made of course by the owner). Best Chicken shop in the North East.

Had a lamb kebab or Souvlaki or whatever you'd like to call it and it was great. I go for the tear down the side slowly as you go method for eating them and it was a little hard to unwrap. But that aside, it was bloody delicious, and my partner enjoyed hers too. Would highly recommend.
It wasn't the cheapest but was well worth it.

Best chicken chips ever.
Always get an extra chicken for lunches the next day.

I have always had good service from this shop and they are always nice...we travel 10 minutes to get there food..it's a thumbs up for me and my family
