Seville Estate

We stay there for three nights, location good, services fine. My only comments would be it would have been nice for the heater to be on for our arrival due to the coldness of the accommodation. This was due to the cold weather and the construction of the property, very cold inside and very hard to get warm. This would be a major concern if we were to stay again. The only other comment would be on the bed, very, very low but comfortable, this is just a personal preference.

Visited this place for some afternoon wine tasting. Happened to pick this because it was dog-friendly. The estate is beautiful! Views from cellar door are worth melting for! Loved their collection too!

The food and wine was delicious and the staff were friendly and really knew their stuff! The beautiful view of the vineyards from the dining room was the cherry on top of an excellent dining experience.

This restaurant was one of the best dining experiences I've had. Their summer series menu was unbelievable, each dish was brought out by the chef that created it and the flavours from each one were absolutely impeccable. The service was authentic and unpretentious, the views from our table were breathtaking and the wine was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be back, I hope your team continues doing this!

Stunning! We had a large lunch, 25 guests last year before the lockdown. Food was fabulous and matched wines were perfect. The staff were spot on with everything, particularly dietary requirements. I don’t know how they managed that so effortlessly. They were also warm & friendly. The view is gorgeous & the restaurant, a light and airy, modern chic. Everyone left very impressed & saying they wold be back! We finally got to return, yesterday for our anniversary lunch. 6 courses with matching wines. It was FAULTLESS. Seriously some of the best food we have ever eaten. Bravo to the team and big thanks to Tony for organising us at short notice, with the travel restrictions & in the midst of the power outage. What a pleasant surprise! Managed to secure an impromptu last minute Sunday lunch booking and it was seriously impressive! Have not dined here before but have enjoyed their wines for a few years now. Their new Summer Series menu is something well worth the trip! No menu to go off of while dining so everything was a surprise and what a surprise indeed! Their gluten free substitutions were very well done as well, did not feel like I was missing out on anything. Too many favorites to name, but also do not want to wreck the surprise element for any new diners. Definitely something to check out, was divine!

I usually don't leave reviews however i felt this exceptional experience warranted a recommendation to be shared. My partner and i arrived early to do a wine tasting and were greeted by a lovely gentlemen. He was very knowledgable and told us a story with each wine tasting and the experience was extraordinary. The meals to follow were scrumptious and full of flavour (we went for the 6 course feed me option). Overall, we will be back with our family and friends as great places like this should be shared.

We had a family lunch for my husband's 40th birthday at Seville Estate on Saturday and it was lovely. The staff were very helpful, including leading up to the event & helped us enjoy a relaxing delicious lunch. Bread was delicious, so too the crumpet with smoke salmon. Great outdoor area, which was good with kids! Our range of dietary requirements were also well catered for without any fuss. Would highly recommend.

One of our favourite wineries in the Yarra Valley. The wine is amazing. Service was fantastic. And the food was really tasty and we got a good portion. We shared the cheese platter and meat platter between four of us. It was a good amount. We also had the full wine tasting including the Dr McMahon Shiraz. Wine tasting was $30 a head but it was all we needed over the two odd hours we were there. There is a reason this won winery of the year a couple years ago. Very highly recommended.

Had my hens night there last weekend and we were looked after so very well - from start to finish. Dietary requirements were catered for with equally good food. And of course, amazing wine!
Perfect lighting and great furnishing in the restaurant to give it an intimate yet relaxed vibe.

The view is different to many other wineries because your not looking out on vines (you pass them up the long driveway on the way in) instead you see beautiful rolling hills and country side. It is very relaxing out on the deck, (my only minimal complaint is that my pale skin needed some shade). But the wait staff and the food were incredible!!! And the person taking us through the wine tasting was clearly very passionate and knew what he was talking about! I highly recommend this place but make a booking or you will miss out!

We had an amazing dinner at the new Seville Estate restaurant over the weekend and the staff were all fantastic. We went in for the 6 course dinner and wine pairing, which was not only delicious but also paired excellently (and I'm not a knowledgeable wine person). Every dish and pairing was explained to us and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and give us an amazing and enjoyable night out. Definitely worth the experience and 6 courses (the gnocci + chicken then duck + beetroot dishes were particularly excellent).

We didn't have a booking but the staff were nice enough to accommodate us. The service was 5star. Brian looked after us well, he was friendly and professional. And our wine glass was never empty. The wine and cheese quality were at the top! The wine bar with the mountain views felt private and intimate👌

My husband and I got married at Seville Estate in November 2021. We stayed the night before and the night of our wedding, with close family in both the homestead and apartments. The venue was lovely all around – the homestead is clean, modern, well-furnished, and nestled in a beautiful native garden with a pool. Family staying in the apartments enjoyed balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a dam and some of the grapevines. The ceremony and reception were also surrounded by Seville Estate’s native garden, and also overlooked rolling hills near Warburton and the Yarra Ranges to the east. The staff were friendly at every point and the food was top-notch. We also took our family there for lunch at one point prior to the wedding and it was an equally pleasant experience with delicious food. We’d warmly recommend Seville Estate for accommodation, events, wine or even just a meal.

We both enjoyed our Wedding Anniversary lunch on Sunday enormously. Couldn't fault the food or wines served in the 8 course meal with matched wines. Creative dishes that all worked well. Highlights for us were the heirloom tomatoes, pan fried gnocchi, duck breast & peach custard. Disappointed that the deck wasn't open as the view & garden are best from there but it was a little windy.
The stunning Australian native garden around the restaurant is looking great and will only get better with some age. Looking forward to seeing it grow to maturity.

I have to say, this is in our top top restaurants we have been to across the world. Why? The quality of food matched with the honesty of the wine was perfect. We also stayed onsite in the cutest apartments. Views of the Vinyard, huge ceilings and decking for wines and cheese. Perfect!
But back to the restaurant, just great quality of food not overly complicated and done WELL!

This winery is not only visually spectacular with rolling hills and a gorgeous restaurant but the wine tasting with Petra was sensational. Her knowledge and humour and suggestions for our palate was A+. This combines with fantastic quality wines is a must see when you are in the Yarra Valley. Highly recommend.

Lovely wine and great explanations from staff on the wine tastings. We tried all the wines available and took our favourites back with us! Our dogs were also able to come with us and sit underneath the table - the staff were very friendly and looked after them too!

We had our wedding lunch with 5 guests on 19th December. From the moment we walked up the path the staff immediately greeted us and poured myself and the Mr champagne before whisking away my bouquet and putting it in a beautiful vase. The service was impeccable, natural and relaxing yet left you wanting for nothing more, everything was simply taken care of. The food was certainly magnificent, the time between courses perfect and the setting spectacular.

The service was incredibly memorable and such a stand out of the day.

The only thing that could make this a perfect 10/10 would be for Seville to be more responsive on email, this was stressful leading up to the lunch. Additionally my best friend had tried to order a bottle of champagne as a surprise and was told by Seville that there was no wedding party coming in on that date and no one with my name, quite strange really. This should be resolved given the minute you arrive at the venue it's perfection and it's a shame for the experience prior to leave a slight sour taste.

Amazing wine and the function area we were placed (18 of us) was perfect. Lovely artwork was on display (not a usual occurrence, but a nice surprise).
