It’s a great place to shop at all times. The Asian lady Anne (wears glasses) is very friendly and helpful and it’s looks very spotless in the shop. Thank you.

As a cultural pillar of late night snacks and donut breakfasts, 7-Eleven is an integral institution of this great but decaying nation. Even with the price increase of their coffee (Putin & covid tax), it never crossed my mind to jump ship for Coles Express coffee. No matter how much I hear from my social peers of it's superiority.
The only criticism I have and it has been going on for sometime is the disappearance of the ham and cheese croissant/danish from the bakery section. Though I'm not as bitter like I was when KFC abandoned the Colonel Burger I find myself on occasion reminiscing the great/romantic times of scoffing down one of those savoury treats then eating the crumbs off my shirt and crouch while washing it down with a coffee and trying to stay on the road driving.
I hope one day this savoury treat returns so i can change my rating to 5 stars but until then, all i have is 4 stars & precious memeories..

Clean inside, well stocked with sandwiches and wraps, cheap tasty coffee. Fuel lock helps save money in this cost of living crisis. My favourite service station chain.

Never got fuel from here. But it's fine enough for the kind of a quick 7-Eleven-style snack or drink that you might be in need of.

Drove in to take cash out from ATM, plus paid $2.50 in fees.
Asked attendant if I could swap $20 for 2 x $10 to which he said I would need to purchase something for him to open the til. I did have to ask him again just to make sure I was hearing him properly.
Next time I'll buy something worth $2.50 then get cash out ...
No customer service at all in this shop....

Incredibly disrespectful night staff lady. Will never be returning and will ensure my friends also steer clear due to my very unpleasant experience.

The guy this morning 15/11/2023 was so unprofessional,i was waiting at least 10 Minutes for filling fuel he saw me and ignored but didn’t turn on the machine so after 10 minutes i came without filling fuel its so enjoyed.

Super tight spaces, so many cars hitting the poles alongside the fuel pumps that’s extended out. Horrible customer service, didn’t give $10.30 change until confronted and then given the change

Smells like someone is smoking mix out of a dirty old bong that hasn’t been cleaned for five years and blowing it into the air vents at all times of the day

Staff member behind register talking on phone through his ear buds the whole time. I did not know if he was talking to me or not. It has happened other times too. Very poor customer service. .

Worst customer service ever! The lady there is always so rude, last visit she was on the phone and just clicked her fingers at me to pay!! Don’t go here unless you are desperate!

Very disappointed. No one should be left waiting to get fuel at 3:00 in the morning when the store attendant is no where to be seen and there music is blasting from inside the store.

No apologies for the lack of customer service either, just straight ignorance.

This is just the tip of the ice berg in regards to issues I’ve had with this store and it’s employees.
