The Camperdown Mill

We stayed here for a night . Was shown 2 rooms and went with the green door . Clean room , tidy and we'll appointed.

Was good to have a spa and was able to do laundry and tumble dryer (free powder) . Wash machine , dryer was at no charge.

Had a complimentary breakfast of 3 cereal choices ( small bags) tea , coffee, milk and juice. Room looks a little dated but it added to the character of the place so it didn't bother me.

Location is great very short walk to the main rd. It was good to not have a key or card to enter the room .

2 negatives , you can hear your neighbours (if any ) and the room was a little dark. Besides those 2 .

Beautiful, well appointed suite. I stayed only one night (in town for a friend’s birthday) but would be lovely for a whole weekend. The spa bath was one of best I’ve ever had! Breakfast provisions helpful too.

Hidden gem in Camperdown !
Really lovely room, good bed - 1000+ thred count sheets, loft bedroom with spa bath and cute little breakfast balcony, very quiet as just a block off princess highway.
Will definitely stay here again.

What a gem! We, two couples, had the penthouse suite and loved it. Great beds, quality linen, excellent value, will definitely return.

Good, quiet location. Rooms are lovely and spacious. Just a short walk into the main shopping area.

It is a wonderful place with a huge verandah and a lovely small garden. Great place to stop and have a great rest.

We stayed at Ower's Mill house with our kids for 5 nights, accommodates 6 people. Exceptionally decorated inside with antique vibe. Full kitchen and cooking facilities together with washing and drying. Lovely balconies. Has a tranquil fern garden with a waterfall and koi pond within the complex. Highly recommend for those who are looking for a tranquil place just to rest and relax.

A beautiful oasis...oozes historic charm. I stayed in one of their terrace apartments. Very well appointed with kitchenette, aircon, spa-bath, austar, tv in lounge and bedroom....and numerous other comforts. Room opens out onto a huge terrace...nice to sit outside and be sheltered from the weather...relaxing to look out at their beautiful gardens. Will definitely visit again.

The Camperdown Mill is one of its kind. The accommodation is well renovated with thoughtful touches everywhere. The beds are cosy and comfortable. Toilets are very modern with spa heating and toiletries. The aparthotel are fully equipped with fridge TV washing machine dishwasher clothes dryer ironing facilities and a very powerful microwave. And there are everywhere very antique furniture and paintings around which is really hard to find. This aparthotel complex is situated withinshort walking distance of the township with all the shops supermarket pubs restaurants Banks etc. The price is very resonable. If you think about a holiday which you can have tranquility of staying in a country town as well as within 1 hour distance to the great Ocean road attractions and the Otway ranges. The host and the service is excellent as they are supplying breakfast as well. Finally the whole complex has a fernery which is an added benefit.

Amazing place to recharge your innerself

This place is simply amazing.. came here when on a motorcycle trip with my dad and was amazed by how period the cottages were and how slick the amenities were inside.
