staff were literally horrible to me upon attempting to donate. so ungrateful and rude about items that were in amazing condition and of brand name. i don’t understand what the problem was.

Will never donate anything here again. The staff are extremely rude and ungrateful, they interrogate you on each product. Even if they’re designer items and in pristine condition, they won’t accept them if they’re not their taste. Very upsetting experience when you’re trying to do some good!
