Sea Lake Travellers Rest

Affordable and Cheap RV site. Clean and well maintained site and toilet, comes with hot water bath. You can take an envelope near the information building and deposit the payment into the slot. This site is very near the Silo and few minutes drive to "Lake Tyrrell Viewing Platform".

Very nice campground for overnight, only $10 for unpowered overnight with hot showers and rainwater. $20 for power, make sure to claim yourself a nice patch or dirt in the corner if you’re in a tent and there are many good spots for caravans. You pay by a loyalty system and put your cash in an envelope and hand it in, just make sure to fork over the small about because it’s worth it as it keeps the place as nice as it is. Showers were clean and had hot water, would definitely stay over night again

Nice area to stop at during a drive. BBQ, picnic tables and toilets available as well as an information wall about the Sea Lake township.

A great spot to camp. The toilets, showers (nice and hot) and camp kitchen had everything you needed for overnight or a few days stay.

Great facilities for travelers, free clean hot showers and clean toilets, with adequate parking for vans and larger vehicles. Lots of town information to read to get acquainted with Sea Lake and the region. Thanks Sea lake for providing this.

A good place for overnight stay (which not everybody knows). The nice thing is that the place is very well-kept by the local community: facilities like toilets, kitchens, eating area,… are very clean. The price is cheap as well!

Great stopover, Nell was a great help with a mix up with booking. Clean and tidy, great hot showers, camp kitchen with tv was just right for watching the Matilda’s (lost game) and playing our board games. Thanks Nell and team for all you do to keep this place up and running, really appreciate it.

Great stop over place to refresh and top up, has everything, toilets, showers, washing machines, BBQ area, enclosed camp kitchen with fridge, power, clean water, fill and dump points for campers, dogs allowed, $20 for a couple in a camper per night, can't go wrong. Town seems nice, has a little supermarket and fuel and few cafes, unfortunately the pub was still under renovations

Stopped overnight great spot, toilets showers $25 for powered site. Nell the caretaker and family put on a great camp oven meal. Nell is fabulous, cant do enough for you.

Another convenient rest stop on the seemingly endless road between Melbourne and Sunraysia. This community provided rest stop features covered/shaded eating area, two electric BBQ's, and several very clean toilets that caters for children and disabled as well as the normal requirements. off street parking via the park entrance at both ends and the centre gate. there are more toilets just off the highway down the main drag where takeaway food and a well stocked Foodmart can be found. good coffee is available at the local tourism/ art promotion centre and a newsagent/store is very convenient also, so, Sea Lake itself is a great rest stop, refreshment, and re-energizing option on this somewhat tedious drive north or south bound. DO NOT SPEED in Sea Lake, the local Copper is not so forgiving, or friendly as the rest of the town. 60 does seem very slow after the 110 limit on the open road, but this is a nice little town and the people deserve the care of its town limits. On the way in or out you can take a short detour in town to view the jingoistic painted Silos, if that's your thing.

A lovely place to park up for a weekend...short walk into town...friendly staff...facilities clean...

The restrooms at this stop are ALWAYS clean. The ladies toilet smells like baby powder when you walk in. The showers are handy. Nice open space. Family friendly. We always stop here while traveling 🙂

Everytime I've visited it's always clean.The toilets have both genders/ disabled toilet which includes a shower if you need one. Has a great little Barbeque area and grassed area for your dog to have a toilet break.

Only stayed here for a quick stop. Looked great, kept very clean.

Had just the 1 night ,it was very convenient to the hotel. Nell the caretaker was a gem. Most enjoyable.
