What a great place to look for plants for your garden. Bill was amazing, informative and knowledgeable about the plants and what we needed. Lush beautiful plants so healthy and lush. Vic is an old school fella. If you treat him with respect he has the best deals around. He runs the nursery largly by himself and is very time poor so just being aware of that is important to not get on his cranky side.

My wife went into Vic's nursery today and was happy with the service. She said his knowledge was remarkable and enjoyed their conversation. What a great bloke

Ok you are warned, but Vic, the old gentleman who is the owner, manager and man doing everything on site obviously does not have strong customer skills - being actually quite rude to people who "are just looking". However if you are here to buy, know what you want, you will find some amazing quality plants, amazing deals, and really good advice from the man. The large fan palms, about 1.5m high were only $125. Great variety of plants :)

Oh well If I can give a minus I will. The owner should consider to retire for good. Extremely rude, verbally aggressive as soon as we asked a question. Not recommend to go to this nursery.

Whoever runs the place was really rude to me and my family. If you have to go there, 1) do not go alone and 2) prepare your mindset to swallow rudeness and agressiveness. Unfortunately and shockingly, according to our experience, friendly smiles and politeness did not help us receive any positive response.

When I visited vick nursery recently I had a shocking experience.
I great the person who was there with a friendly good afternoon. When that man heard my accent he reply aggressively. I don't understand what he said. And started to be abusive. And told me Not to stay on his way.
Is it the way it should be?
For sure was the first and will be the last time I visit that place
Not to mention I will spray the word to my friends and family.
First time I write a bad review to someone.
Shame on you mate.

Never met a more rude and unhelpful man in my life.
So unimpressed and appalled at the service and treatment we were given by Vic. Disgusting. Would not recommend to anyone, ever.

We entered happily and kindly to enquire about a couple of plants and were immediately told to ‘**k off’ and ‘not to create work for him and to get the **ck out’ following more obscenities. So deeply shocked and disgusted.

What a horrible way to treat kind customers and a horrible way to run your business. The only recommendation I can give is to take your money and smiles elsewhere to someone deserving and who will value it.

Like others on here we were greeted with rudeness and aggression. I really can't understand why anyone with such terrible people skills is running a public facing business . Asked if you could help we were told that 'people waste my time', go find what you want'. Umm sorry i'll spend my $500 elsewhere then (and did). Any future plans to landscape our property will not include spending any time or money here.
