Silk Design Construct - Noosa New Homes, Extensions and Renovations

We were so pleased with our first renovation that we used the Silk team again to construct an outdoor seating area. The seat itself is a work of art, the attention to detail and cleanliness of the work site was impeccable. Thanks again guys, you are a solid team and we are thankful to you for making our visions a reality.

We have used silk design & construction on few projects at our home.. they completed a massive carport plus rebuilt our existing deck back in 2021 , we have got them back this time to do a full renovation on our much loved beach house in sunrise beach which was small with limited storage so they knew exactly what we wanted .. Cheay and Daniela even had a new plan of moving our washing machine from under kitchen bench (European style ) and creating us a practical usable laundry area with sink.. we handed over keys and let them do what they do best.. workmanship was of top quality right down to tiny details.. cheay was in contact daily with progression of the project.. we had few structural issues from pre existing home owner but cheay was knowledgable enough to have a back up plan so it still fitted in with our original plans .. silk staff are amazing to work with and very approachable especially Zac .. was pleasure working with his top skilled staff. Now we have amazing large home, heaps of storage , ensuite and amazing lounge area .. Cheay even helped us with rubbish removal from stuff in storage and did our turf lawns.. def for your next project use silk design

Wow. What a team Silk Design were. They were extremely reasonably priced. There were no hidden extras and the service spot on. All staff that I came in contact with were more than helpful. They were polite and so obliging. In this day and age, this was very refreshing to find. I can recommend them very highly.

Silk Builders were contracted to add a two bedroom extension to our existing residence. The work was done in a very professional manner , sending us progress pictures when we were unable to visit the site.
