Fiona & Prue are simply phenomenal. I cannot recommend them enough!
I birthed my second baby with Fiona and have (somewhat seriously) joked that I want to have a third baby just so that I can be under Fiona’s care again.
Fiona is highly knowledgeable, genuine and compassionate. Fiona wholeheartedly supported me in achieving the entirely natural birth I wanted, and went above and beyond to create a safe birthing space while also closely and carefully managing the health of my baby, who arrived four weeks early.
One of the most impressive things about Fiona is her devotion to obstetric research and teaching. She has a genuine interest in all aspects of her field and the ongoing improvement of patient experiences and outcomes. I personally loved learning about the research that underpinned certain recommendations she made to me during my pregnancy.
I adored all of my appointments with Prue, a midwife who focuses on the broader aspects of maternal and child health. Prue checked in with me regularly and provided fantastic advice about various matters, from postpartum support to supplements. I am sad that I missed out on the last couple of appointments booked before my due date, simply because Prue is such a delight to chat to! Prue has been checking in with me regularly during the postpartum period and always makes herself available if I have any questions.

Throughout challenging pregnancies, we always felt like we had the absolute best and informed care with Fiona at every step of the way. Nothing was too much trouble at anytime of the day or night. It is truly one of the biggest reasons we would consider a 3rd baby, because we know the level of care and support is exceptional on every level.
Not only are both Fiona and Prue incredible professionals, they are honestly just the most beautiful, calm, smart and compassionate women. I couldn’t imagine having a better person and team caring for both me and my babies.

We cannot recommend Fiona more highly! Her incredible bedside manner and clear explanations made me feel relaxed and at ease throughout the entire process. The maternal assisted caesarean was a beautiful experience, thanks to her expertise. We also want to commend the incredible midwife, Prue, whose unwavering support added immense value to our journey.

Fiona is an amazing person and obstetrician, I highly recommend her to anyone! I had an elective C section which went very smoothly and she even managed to improve the look of my previous scar (a surgery performed by another doctor )

If I could give Dr Fiona more than five stars, I would. I have never met a more welcoming and warm doctor and I cannot rate her high enough. From the start, I had a very complicated and high risk pregnancy and Dr Fiona was there with me at every step, reassuring me and making all the right, informed decisions to keep both my baby and I safe. Fiona was always available to me when I was having issues or concerns, no matter the time of the day. Her professionalism, excellent bedside manner and positive outlook kept me calm and stress free during my pregnancy journey. If we have another baby, we would be using Fiona again, without a doubt. Our experience with Dr. Fiona has been not only great but her service and care surpassed our expectations. From the first meeting
in her office, till the end of journey, we have been developed a feeling that , we are in such a good hands. She is thorough, responsive and extremely knowledgeable. In couple of occasions we had to call her such as early morning on Saturday or 2am on Sunday and she got back to us very quickly providing right solutions that gave us great confidence (what more really a patient needs during stressful times?). We strongly recommend Dr Fiona and her esteem team and will be back to her again if we decide to have our second child! World needs more of these kind of people absolutely.

Fiona made our pregnancy journey a wonderful one. She delivered our little one 2 years ago. We would say she is one of the best doctors we have met. She is very knowledgeable, dedicated, energetic, caring, and always has a positive attitude that made my delivery fears vanish in thin air. We would ask her so many questions on each visit and which she will patiently listen to us with so much care and clarify every doubt. Even when we email/contact her with questions, she would reply quickly amidst her busy schedule. During my delivery, she was very supportive and patiently told me what I was supposed to do. She constantly kept checking if I was doing well throughout my pregnancy and post-delivery. She would ask me to come to mercy for checkups if I had some questions/pains in both my pre and post-delivery. We have recommended Dr. Fiona to our friends and will strongly do going forward. The receptionists were also very friendly and caring on our every single visit.

You could not find a more caring and passionate obstetrician as Dr Fiona Brownfoot. She delivered our son at the Mercy Hospital for Women in Heidelberg and provided absolutely amazing care and support to us. Having continuity of care was important to us, which is why we paid privately for Dr Fiona Brownfoot, but we wanted to deliver in the public system as the Mercy has top level facilities, especially should there be any complications (ie NICU onsite). I would have no hesitation in recommending Fiona to anyone looking for a private obstertrician, we also found her fees very reasonable.

Thank you so much for your care throughout my daughter in laws pregnancy. You are truly an amazing woman and so privileged to have met you when I was visiting my new grandaughter Alexa.Justin and Laura talked so highly of you and now I know why. You are one special lady 🙏
