Spinifex Hotel

A great place to stay whilst in derby, the manager is very friendly and she has a nice dog 🐕.

We had 3 rooms here.
All lovely, all on the second level. New smart T.V's in each room.
Everything was clean and functional.
Beds were comfortable and showers were hot! Washer/ dryers in the bathroom...bonus!
Reception team were all great.
We'll be back 😃

Took 4 interstate visitors to the Spinifex for Dinner , they all agreed the service , food and special attention from the Manager was first class and will highly recommend the Spinifex Hotel to others while continuing their journey. Thanks again Sam

A welcome drink was had here after a fairly gruelling trip down the Gibb River road with every day 39 degrees! Our fault as probably a little late in the season. Also a good meal in the pleasant restaurant.

Many have described this establishment as 'quirky' due to the appearance and varied sizes of the rooms. My wife and I had a good time here with a great room with spa bath and the dining experience was excellent. Great food and service, plus the manager Anthony was a top bloke who really looks after his customers.

Massive portions and reasonable prices. Service is fast and friendly. Rooms are recent with modern finish and amenities.

Stayed two nights for a business trip, great service, room was clean and tidy. Atached pub was great for dinner and drinks.

This place is great!
Friendly staff with amazing food, pool tables weren't buggered like most outback places and beer ontap was on point!

Strongly recommend you come here for a beer and a feed if your in the area!

Awesome place to stay, the rooms left nothing else to be desired, they had absolutely everything we needed. The bar staff in the restaurant were completely awesome too, although the Irish guy was a bit difficult to understand and his jokes were somewhat offensive, the kiwi guy Nitch Root was incredibly welcoming and absolutely wonderful to chat to

The drinks were icey cold... the service was very friendly and the Spini Burger....OMG.... was the best burger I have ever had... It was amazing. Great atmosphere, very clean and a great way to relax after a busy day of sightseeing.

Absolutely loved our food! Large selection of food and drinks. We had the special pasta and lamb shanks and were very impressed.
Service was very good too.

Great service and great staff.... working with film crews can also be trying as we never keep to the schedule and these guys were very accommodating. The rooms were great, very clean and tidy, and well looked after.

For a small town hotel this place has remarkably good food! The marinated chicken breast and standard breakfast the next morning was the best out of all the towns we stopped in during our road trip through the West Kimberly region ☺

We had a motel room here as the Boab Inn had closed. It cost a bit more but was so worthwhile. A really comfortable, roomy and well-equipped room. Really a one bedroom flat or studio. Excellent.

The food and service at the Spinifex was fantastic. Friendly staff and the meals were terrific especially the lamb curry.

Pricey but probably the best place to stay in town .

We drove up from Broome. Looked at the boab tree the longest trough in the Southern Hemisphere. Had lunch at the Spinifex Hotel fantastic day..

Great food and good selection of tap beers. Excellent service. Would recommend a visit.
