My 2 dogs had daycare around 6 to 8 times whilst we were on holidays, allowing us to do day trips around the area. Anne, CJ and Rick were very accommodating and helpful. Would recommend Critter Creek Kennels and will use them again next holidays.

Fantastic kennel we will defiantly be back. They looked after our dogs so well and there communication with us about how they were going was wonderful.

My two energetic dogs Daisy & Chilli just returned from an 8 day stay. They're relaxed and content and I believe they've spent plenty of time socialising with other friendly dogs in the outside pen. I've used Critter Creek kennels for many years and am very happy with the new owners. The new driveway/parking lot is a welcome upgrade!

Rick took care of my 2 dogs for around a month whilst I figured out how to leave them home alone. One of the dogs has a broken knee, Arthritis and severe anxiety/ separation anxiety and me being very protective and nervous to leave her in someone else's care, was very strict with how she needs to be taken care of. Rick from the get go has always been kind, caring and catering towards her and her needs. He is very easy to get a hold of and is also easy to talk to. I always have great chats with him. I will definitely be returning and will always highly recommend him.

I am always nervous about leaving my dogs as one needs medication. Ricky is calm and capable and my dogs now jump out of the car to see him - obviously happy about being there. My dogs stay often and are always fine, well and happy when I come to collect them. I'm so glad I found Critter Creek. A hidden gem!

Ever since we moved to the Fraser Coast region almost 8 years ago, all of our dogs have stayed at Critter Creek!
When we heard Kim was selling the business we were hoping that someone new would come in and give our furbabies the same love and treatment they are accustomed to!
I rang the number and spoke to Rick, I was quite surprised he had it up and running as quick as he did! So we booked our furbabies in and got to meet Rick, what a lovely person he is and what an exciting journey he's taken! Our dogs stayed for almost a week, then a few days later they were back again for another week! On pick up we got to meet Bree who is just lovely and our dogs absolutely adore her!
Thank you again Rick and Bree for giving our furbabies the love they need while we are away 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Just picked up my German shepherd Luke & Collie Tillie after 2 weeks at Critter Creek both happy & healthy, full of beans .Thanks Rick & Bree for a great job well done ! We'll be back

I would not normally writting review but i have to give credits when it s duely earned. My puppy is going to critters most day of the week and she could not be happier. The faciliities is clean and safe, my girl has plenty of opportunities to socialise with other similar dogs and Rick just love dogs

Since moving up from the Sunshine Coast where we tried a few different kennels our girl would always come back slightly odd for week or two which made going away with our her hard (she usually comes on holiday too) but since going to critter creek she comes back normal no weird dog guilt. It doesn’t look flash and the drive way is sandy fine in an suv or 4wd (though they are happy to meet you at the start of the drive way) but none of that matters when our girl is happy and she is happy to go in when we arrive and as I said not odd when we pick her up.

We boarded our dog with Rick over Christmas/New Year and she was well cared for and happy when we picked her up. I would bring her there again.

Happy dog - that's the best reference or rating. A great low stress environment for your pet, and very reasonably priced.
