We purchased a X-Trainer 17 years ago complete with the in-floor cleaning system. throughout this entire time the pool has been great, it looks just as good today as it did the day it went in.

Our experience with Compass at Newcastle was great! They were awesome with communication and also understanding of our indecisiveness with choosing colours! They walked us through the whole process, and made organising a pool build whilst also building a house a breeze! Would definitely recommend, and if we ever need another pool we won't hesitate to go with Compass!

Can't give Compass Pools Tomago a big enough wrap. From getting a quote to the after sales service its been brilliant. Even their suppliers seem to have the same ethos. I got 3 quotes and then Compass and the 2 other brand pool builders to compare the differences in their offerings including costs, for a similar style of pool. Compass's price was about $4,000 higher but the products, components and build process out weighted the higher price. Not to mention the after sales service (again). We installed an 7X4 bi-luminate in viridian 3 years ago and its been flawless. The self cleaning system and filtration system is excellent, and the water is always crystal clear.

We've had a Compass Pool for 6 years. The purchase and installation process was great -both friendly and timely. We've had a couple of requirements for after sales service over the years and the team at Compass (especially Manager Belinda) have well and truly gone above and beyond every time. I can't recommend them enough (and I hardly ever write reviews)!

I have been enjoying my compass pool for over ten years now. My family and friends love it as well and often comment that it is like being at a resort. Craig, Sam and Rhys installed and landscaped my pool in the central west. Their professionalism, experience and attention to detail was really 5 star.
Craig advised me to include infloor cleaning to make the absolute most enjoyment of the pool with virtually no work required by me. The best decision ever.
The after care has been amazing with regular ongoing maintenance. If I have a query at any time (which has been rare) help is a phone call away and if not answered immediately will always be attended to in a very short time frame on the same day.
Absolutely love my pool!

Belinda was fantastic. I didn't buy my compass pool from her, but up in Sydney, yet spent a good hour on the phone trying to get me out of trouble. If I was going to buy a fibreglass pool again, I would use her and Compass Newcastle without the blink of an eye. Lovely and genuine care all round

Love our compass swimming pool , we have a very unlevel block and was so happy to find out we could have a fibreglass maxi rib pool to solve our problem of having a difficult site and to give us the result we wanted to achieve
Combined with our self cleaning system we are free to enjoy our time around the pool.

Love my Compass pool.... the self cleaning system works much better than I could have ever imagined, I really don’t do anything, it just cleans itself. If you have any doubts at all about how good the Vantage system is, I’m happy to talk to anyone as to how well it works

I visited the Tomago display centre today and was wow'ed by how professional evertyhing was. The centre itself is very impressive, but even more was the staff- I left feeling so much more informed about all the differnt options. My husband and I are really looking forward to planing our pool and thanks to Kelly's hot tips! I feel totally inspired and we are really looking forward to our site consultaion. A++

After some initial frustrations Russell and his team have delivered an excellent pool.

Most importantly it practically maintaince free and the quality of the pool finish and equipment is excellent.

Another great summer on the way swimming in our compass pool. Carnt speak enough of the team in the office very professional and always helpfull and for the installation team a big 👍🏻 an awesome group of dead set legends.
