I love it when someone is super responsive to emails and understands and suggests the appropriate beautiful floral array.

Great service. The website is very easy to navigate. Any problems the florist gives you a call. I have ordered from Flower soul about 5 times now and have been very happy with both the flowers and delivery. I don’t live in Australia and order for delivery, distance has never been an issue and my sister loves the flowers from flower soul. Great florist, great service and flowers last.

Absolutely THRILLED with the stunning bouquet Imogen created for our wedding ceremony. I sent a Pinterest board with the kind of style I was looking for and the color scheme I wanted ahead of time. I could not have asked for a more beautiful bouquet!

I had to plan the majority of the event from overseas but Imogen replied promptly and clearly through emails and was extremely helpful. It was lovely to chat with your briefly this morning when I rang to let you know how much I appreciate the quality of your products. I received a beautiful bouquet from your company, ordered by my son and his family in Denmark, Scandinavia, and it arrived for Mothers’ Day. Well, the flowers have lasted all of this time, and I have only just put the bunch in my compost tumbler this morning. Also, the glass bowl which contained the bouquet is gorgeous, and will be put to very good use by my daughter who designs and creates miniature gardens using tiny succulents, mosses and other exquisite small plants.

Thank you. Please keep doing what you do. It is such a pleasure to come across a local business which has such high standards.

I mistakenly ordered for the wrong day! Contacted Flower Soul and it was no problem ( well it may have been but they were too polite to say!) and flowers delivered on the same day! A beautiful bunch of flowers, the recipient was delighted! Would recommend!

I have repeatedly ordered from Flower Soul. Every time the arrangements have been perfect. The delivery is fast and the people I’ve sent them too have been blown away. The quality you get for the price is amazing. The arrangements are always unique and beautiful. Would not order anywhere else especially compared to the ‘fast food’ type floral arrangements available else where.

Absolutely amazing, Imogen did my wedding flowers and we loved them, she managed to make exactly what we envisioned, the bouquets were amazing. She set them all up perfectly at the venue and dropped the bouquets off to where I got ready, so organised and professional. You would be crazy not to go with her. Also have bought flowers for friends from Flower Soul and they were beautiful, her style is amazing , and great value for money!
