*UPDATE* the owner of the news agency saw this review and suddenly found my items, but is now refusing to handover the parcels because of it. I don’t know what more to say if that doesn’t convince you to avoid them.

Supposed to be a FedEx parcel handler but won’t accept parcels to be sent and has lost 2 of my parcels to be collected, always because “the system is down”. Doesn’t answer the phone. The lady who works there has told me repeatedly“sorry the system is down, come back tomorrow”. Avoid avoid avoid.

Rude lady behind the counter. Said my parcel had already been picked up. When I protested, she picked it out of a large pile first go (she knew exactly where it was) and reluctantly handed it over without saying a word.
