This is my go-to florist. Can always rely on Maria to make up the most fresh and amazing flowers! Customers need to remember these are fresh healthy flowers so if your looking for something cheap you should go to coles! Maria is straight forward which I appreciate (clearly others don't) but will never let me down! these are just a few photos of my experience at this florist.

I felt compelled to write how happy I was to receive flowers from this florist. I had been sent a dozen different arrangements and bunches of flowers from a variety of florists and the ones that I received from Annies stood out above the rest. The style, colours, quality were unbelievably beautiful and not to mention they lasted for a week longer than the rest. From the delivery of them to having them on my table for as long as I did definitely accomplished the job that these flowers were sent for.

Maria is an amazing and articulate florist. This is a lady who knows her stuff. I highly recommend Annie's Florist. Beautiful fresh flowers and an amazing arrangements. Will always use her for anything that needs a flower arrangement. Best customer service.
Cant believe some of these reviews I have read. Just shows you how some people have no idea. Show some respect and you shall receive it in return. Will alawys use Annie's Florist.

Annie ( the owner) was extremely pleasant to deal with , she was more than helpful and I would highly recommend her and her work to any Perth bride looking for their wedding day flowers .

I found Annies florist to be very helpful when I recommend a friend to get flower for her wedding there. The flower were amazing, she sourced out the exact colours & the arrangements looked out of this world, very Hollywood style. We would alway recommend Annies Florist to everyone needing flower.

The flowers that were delivered were nothing like the flowers we ordered shown on the website. There were more green leaves than flowers! We also ordered a box of chocolates. Again what was delivered was not what was shown on the website. It was a much cheaper variety that was delivered - you could buy it for less than half the cost in supermarket than what was charged. I would not waste my time with this outfit again.

Feb 2021. I ordered Designers Choice, pastel arrangement. Upgraded to Classic, total was $107. Order was placed 2 days before through Petals Florist Network, order fulfilled by Annie's Florist, South Perth, WA. Photos attached of advertised picture and actual flowers.

Be carefull to deal online with this flowershop.
I ordered an aesthetic flowers arrangement with many roses for Christmas gift on their website but they delivered a common unbeautiful one.

If you want to experience a florist who just couldn't care less, charges $5 extra for simple plastic wrap around a bunch of flowers only held to together with an elastic band and hacks long-stemmed flowers down to a short stemmed bunch, this is the place for you.

I could not believe this woman's attitude - you'd think she was doing me a favour by supplying a bunch of overpriced flowers to me. If I hadn't been in a hurry to get some flowers, I would have just told her to forget it and gone elsewhere.

I'm so disappointed that Cherry Blossom Florist across the road has closed down. The florist there was a lovely person who always bent over backwards to help out - Annie's Florist is the complete opposite.

I would never have thought I would have to give such a terrible review to a florist. Extremely dissapointed, I spent a decent amount of money on flowers to be delivered to a family member on Monday. She then phoned me today (Thursday) to say they have died and stink. She recieved flowers on the Friday and Saturday prior and they have not died and are still kicking. So obviously she was sent an old bunch of flowers.
When I phoned, the lady was rude and couldn't care less. I explained what had happened, and that I felt ripped off, her response was " I'll phone you back I have a bride here" she then hung up on me before I could even say who I was or give her my contact details.
Safe to say her customer service is terrible and couldn't care less about her paying customers. Please don't waste your time or your money!

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!! My family booked through a 3rd party company from Sydney at 9am. Annies left my surprise birthday flowers on a table in the lobby of my 20 level high-rise building in the city, didn't call me because her phone was in the car, and didn't notify the florist because they were shut at 3pm in the afternoon, although they advertise they are open til 5pm. I was not notified until the next day via voicemail that the flowers were left in the open lobby!!!!!!!. What a joke..Of course they were gone. Terrible to deal with, very aggressive and defensive from the first voicemail, and during conversations, which they hung up on me twice after terrible conversations that lead to know where. TERRIBLE SERVICE and very un-apologetic to the circumstance. Don't have the first clue about customer service and how to handle a complaint, let alone THEIR mistake, which they were not at all willing to rectify. Who leaves flowers on a table in a city apartment building and doesn't notify ANYONE??? Tried to blame it on 3rd party company that had nothing to do with it, except having to reply the next day to my family that the birthday flowers were left in the lobby and to contact me themselves to tell me to look for them. Do not use them!! A disappointment to say the least. Do not deal with them, take your business elsewhere.

A friend from the UK sent Christmas Bouquet via direct2 florist - Annies Florist delivered nothing resembling what she ordered (which was $107 - I emailed, no response, called at 4pm and although the call was answered they advised they were closed and call back tomorrow. This morning the less than one minute call I was advise "we did the best we could, got to go" and hung up. May have OK flowers, appalling customer experience

Had heard awful things about the service here but couldn't find another open florist at the time I needed, so thought I would try it and hope for the best. Walked into the store and barely received a hello. I asked if there was a list anywhere I could see what flowers were available and/or prices. The woman gave me a disgusted look and condescendingly told me that "no one ever does that" (untrue) before going back to what she was doing. I started to tentatively look around only to hear "well what do you want" thrown at me. I told her I wasn't sure which is why I was having a look and was then told "there's another florist across the road". At this point I was extremely offended by her manners and simply walked out. Will heed the warnings next time and NOT go anywhere near there again.

Rocked up not knowing what we wanted. Got pushed Into buying flowers we didn’t want. Spent $50 and picked up a nicer bunch from IGA for $25 after we threw them out.

By far the worst customer experience I've ever had.This lady is rude, a bad florest and completely unwilling to provide any help. Don't waste your time going to this place.
