Bike Hire: this shop is everything you want from a bike shop! Friendly, knowledgeable and passionate service from people who obviously love and care about bikes! We hired 3 bikes and the first thing to say is that the bikes were brilliant - perfectly setup and maintained, and a joy to cycle around the city on. (Though I admit that we had been on Rottnest the day before, where you are lucky if your rental bike has 2 functioning brakes, and let’s just say that the helmets there are “past their prime”!). Nick spent a good ten minutes discussing with us possible routes for us to take and making sure we had everything we needed. And the shop is ideally placed for a trip to Kings Park, or for a nice flat loop of the Swan River. Many thanks!

Recently purchased a Trek X-Caliber 8 from South Perth Cycleworks and whilst delivery was delayed due to factors well beyond Nicks control (COVID/supply chain issues) must say I could not be happier with the end result. The bike rides beautifully just as promised - super lightweight, great handling, responsive yet not hard to tell it’s a quality solid build. Nicks service was excellent and pricing competitive with regular updates to the delivery situation. Was also more than happy to switch over all the components from my old whip come game day. Highly recommended.

I moved to Perth, and I was looking to upgrade my old bike. After looking at lots of options, I ended up buying an Epic EVO Comp, I could not be happier! Very lightweight, fast and looks great too. I talked to Nick (Owner) before buying and he was quite helpful with explaining all features about it and also recommending some stuff to set up my bike. In addition, all went like clockwork in the extremely tight timeframe I gave him to work with my purchases. Honestly, I have had an excellent, kind, and very professional service experience from South Perth Cycles.

Finally I have got a chance to come in this place with a broken brake on my pram.

Even the new staff greeted us very polite and professional manners though we are not their main targets.

The owner, Nick worked his best to fix my pram brake and I found a good iPhone case and a base to mount on my pram.

Went to see Nick due to need for some repairs following a road accident. Nick's friendly manner, expertise advice, customer service, quality of work, and attention to detail was amazing. Took my bike in for a service with Nick and his team. My bike is running like new and ready to hit the road. I needed my bike serviced within a few days and Nick was happily able to accomodate this. Very kind of Nick to give me a brand new water bottle which will keep my hydrated through summer. New shop looks amazing and has all your bicycle needs. Would highly recommend South Perth Cycles

After a bike crash (South Perth foreshore has too many concrete poles!!) my main cog was bent and other bike shops wanted to replace it (at some cost), but Nick was able manipulate back to 98% true!! Very happy with work done (fast) and cost. Honesty and good workmanship. Rare find. Will be back :)

Purchased a Specialized eMTB from Nick at South Perth Cycle's. Could not be happier with service and advice, Nick even went to the trouble of test riding the bike, so there was no issues hitting the trails first time. Highly recommend.

Great service, great shop, great location! I went for a afternoon ride and needed my bike fixed ASAP to get home, and Nick got it looked at, the parts sorted and fitted in no time! Nick was extremely professional and helped me as quick as he could. Very thankful for the amazing service, I will definitely be back.

I purchased my first bike from Nick nearly 10 years ago. It served me well and I loved it to pieces! Unfortunately, it was stolen earlier this year. I contacted Nick who still had my receipt on file and helped me with all the necessary documents for my insurance claim. Getting a bike stolen in 2020 was possibly the worst timing, given the worldwide bike shortage. However, through a series of fortunate events, Nick was able to get me a Specialized Diverge Comp E5 in my size (and colour!). Communication was fantastic throughout and Nick stayed late to fit my new bike for me. Many thanks Nick and I love my new bike!

I called into the shop late on a Friday after getting a flat near by. Nick said he was behind that afternoon but I could come in and change the flat myself, he could help me take the back wheel off etc. Once I got in there Nick was more than helpful and gave me a full lesson on how to replace the back tube and rim tape which he deduced was causing the flat, even though he was busy. I bought two tubes off him and had a fantastic lesson also. Fantastic customer service, I don’t live near by but will come support this business from now on!

The best service you can get! Lovely friendly staff that are always helpful. Brought my second road bike amonst other items from this shop and the owner was very helpful throughout the entire purchase. I was measured up and when my chosen bike arrived it was adjusted to suit me to a tee. Great follow up service after purchasing the bike and also received a complimentary bike sizing and check over after a month of purchasing. I doubt you would get this kind of customer service elsewhere. Very happy! :) Thanks Nick and team.

Great service. Nick took as long as I needed to understand the item I was buying. Nick allowed me to try the trike out before purchasing. I've only had time for a couple of rides but I'm very impressed with my purchase and Nicks service. Many thanks Nick.

Nick and his team have been supporting the local cycling community with great advice and dedicated service for many years. Nick helped me find the right tyres for my needs which meant I was back on the road right away.

Fantastic service. I have limited knowledge when it comes to bikes and even though the store person was extremely busy he was still able to find the time to get the specific part I needed and explain to me how to install it.
