Very helpful staff. I was served by Nicole who went out of her way to help with a large box I was posting . Nicole was pleasant and I felt like a valued customer which is refreshing . Staff In many places these days can make the customer feel like they’re doing them a favour by serving them .

Big, big kuddos to Collingwood supporter who helped me out with a personal issue, this man, who did not know me and who was a complete stranger, gave me what I was desperately looking for out of his own collection for free. My next stop after the post office was to visit a relatives grave at the cemetery and the items made a very big difference to me. Thank you very much for your help and compassion. One day with a bit of luck and some Karma our paths will cross again and you will be repaid 100 over for your generosity thoughtfulness, and I thank you for what you did for me. As a newcomer to Naracoorte I was pleasantly welcomed by the lovely Iris. She was amazing at helping me get a post box and organise redirection. She was patient when I was not. Five stars for customer service :)

Great work on the Virtual Tour inside the Australia Post Office Daniel! It is great to be able to be beamed into your Post Office and check out what's on offer - well done.

Lovely staff, well laid out and usually reasonable wait times....excepting the usual holiday culprits.

When I ask them help me pack the Christmas gift send back to my home country . They help a lot !! Really good !!

Posties don't deliver to your door they just drop a letter off saying they've tried to deliver something when no attempt was made.

Staff are nice when they want to be.

I just not happy with they who deliver parcel team. Because many time the parcel not coming in my address. They send to wrong address and when I got email to confirm my parcel already to delivery I need to walk and check to my neighbour house. Every time make me shy to check around there because is not my home.

Pathetic post-office. Useless! Sent my package to the wrong address. They never leave a post card in the mail box, and then when we go collect the package, due to the fact we have tracking! They accuse us of losing the card. Pathetic!

Staff are rude and not very helpful. Needs a lot of work on their customer service. They make me not want to go in there but I have to as hardly any thing gets delivered to Hynam.
