I can not express how amazing this store is! I was buying a shark onesie for my boyfriend because it's his birthday next week and was a bit concerned about quality (because I looked at other Australian stores and the reviews were a bit questionable so I thought, might as well risk it all on a store I've never bought from) but everything was so perfect! I ordered it on the 27th and it came on the 28th in the morning (without express shipping) in a vacuum sealed bag! It's so incredibly soft and amazing down to the little fins on the back and fins that cover your hands to keep them nice and warm. I can't recommend this place enough and regret not ordering more but I will definitely be ordering from them again!

Super fast delivery but Lack of communications

In September, I bought Transforming Remote Control Car for my son birthday. It's super fast delivery which is awesome.
I didnt check the toy when it's first arrived, assuming all good. Gave it to my son for his birthday present in October and it's not working at all.
We had charged the battery for at least 3hrs, put new battery in the remote.
It didnt work at all, didnt transform at all
I can see the remote control flashing red light but car didnt transform/move at all or doing anything.
I tried the gesture hand movement, also didnt work
Sent email the next day on 23/10, haven't heard anything or got any reply until now (more than 2weeks), just sent follow up email today.
