Fantastic post office. Nice and convenient location just off Flemington Road, with a long line of 24-hour-access PO boxes and parcel lockers to the side.

The absolute highlight here is the customer service - massive shoutout goes to Kuki and the team for always greeting and serving me with kindness, patience and a smile.

I would like to compliment the postman who delivers our mail to 3 Teece Place, Evatt, Canberra ACT 2617.
I believe his name is Eric, and his service to us in the area has been exceptional. He is always careful, and respectful, and greets us with a smile. He pays special attention to our correspondence, which is especially important to us as we are senior citizens who may not always be alert. His services are truly extraordinary, and we sincerely thank him for his special attention to us and our community. Please pass on our compliments to him on our behalf.

My son and I visited this post office today for passport photos. We were both a little apprehensive as you never know what kind of service you’re going to get, but, the ladies there couldn’t more helpful and lovely. Quick and easy and wonderful advice was given. Definitely recommend!

excellent experience! Just went for ID photos. We were unsure about the size stuff, and another staff member offered to help with experience, very appreciate! Both staff members were nice and helpful! It was done in 5 mins!Thank u!

I go to this post shop every week to post parcels overseas and their service has always been great. The staff are super friendly and are always very helpful.

Nice, but a bit crowded

Went in for a simple passport processing form. One lady was busy with a family passport and The other seemed to be processing parcels, i was asked if the people behind me with parcels could get processed before me. I said sure, everybody in the queue got processed. Once they were done parcel lady states to her colleague (still processing the passports) i will take a break. Comes back out when another person was waiting for their parcel to get processed, who i also let go ahead of me. Parcel lady then decides to take ANOTHER break. I have been waiting for close to 15 minutes at this stage. Thank you to the lovely passport processing lady who did process my form (This review is in no way a reflection of your service as i could see the previous customer had a long form to complete) but is mainly aimed at the Parcel lady clearly refusing to serve me.

You guys are hopeless.

I have no other words, my package was supposed to be delivered at like 8.00pm
I was at home doing nothing, check my mailbox this morning and there is a little card telling me to collect from th3 post office the next day!
Come on guys, how hard is it to meet the requirements to do your job correctly.
