Mercier's Coffee and Gelato Pop Up Bar is an absolute delight! The aromatic blend of their coffee is made to perfection, and the gelato is a heavenly treat for the taste buds. Passionfruit cheesecake gelato being at the top of my list! The cozy ambiance and friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach or to hide away from the rain. Highly recommended!

Bunch of total legends who make great coffee.
Dog friendly with plenty of water bowls, range of seating options to enjoy the sun and sea salt wind while you wait, and before enjoying Jervis Bay’s best brew.
Also, shout out to them for finding the key that fell off my key ring and holding onto it for me when I came back 3 hours later. Thanks again guys!!!

Love this little gem of a coffee van. Wonderful coffee and Gelato! What’s most precious about it is the resident dogs Chino and Chase who provide much needed pet therapy! Love this place and will continue to return!!!

Good coffee great gelato... open till late in a town that goes to sleep coffee wise after 4pm... a good addition to the scene.

Had numerous coffees around the Huskisson area at Jervis Bay and this was the only place my girlfriend and I returned to.

Great coffee, (with beans they roast themselves) friendly service and a winning location right near Shark Net Beach.

Brilliant little spot! My fiancé and I came for a drive to Huskisson, and came upon this place by chance - what a find! The coffee was some of the nicest I’ve ever had, and the brownies were out of this world! Will absolutely come back again and I highly recommend!

First rate coffee - as good as I have had anywhere in Sydney / Melbourne - made by a barista who has passion to strive for perfection - including roasting his own beans on site. Smooth and rich but no bitterness.

We recently had Merciers Gelato van at our wedding and it was such a hit with our guests! All flavours were customised and dietaries catered for easily. I also love that sustainability is factored in with all waste being biodegradable or compostable. Highly recommended!
