Pet City Bentley

Come here often to get my bunnies' supplies. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. Makes our day. Oh yea, they display cute little animals, insects..etc for Customers to see each time. Love the effort.

A large pet supplies store with a large variety of goods. I found the staff to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the fact that you can wash your dog for free here, when other pet stores now charge up to $15 to use their facilities. (Just BYO towel) Has a decent range of fish, plus some reptile and rodents, chickens and rabbits, and then plenty of accessories and foods for all sorts.

I recently purchased a harness and lead for my dog here and the staff there were incredible, from not only my interactions but their interactions with other customers they are very passionate and always happy to help anyone find exactly what they are looking for and make everyone feel comfortable and at home during their time there and this is rare and great to experience. Casey has been an unbelievable help to myself along with Bre and they made my little shopping spree very enjoyable and would highly recommend going there if you need anything pet related 🙂

Amazing service always for our little pup Luka! Very much appreciate all the advice and clear product knowledge that all staff seem to have. We are always greeted with a warm welcome and the right balance of browsing time before one of the lovely assistants checks in. To the lovely assistant with the teal hair, Luka always loves the cuddles you make time to have when we pop in. Thanks to all the team for all the help, advice and puppy attention, keep doing what you do!

Customer service is amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable team and very friendly. The Managers Peter and Marisa are so welcoming and are great for a chat and a laugh. They helped me out with my fish tank when the water quality was low and my fish were dying. They also offer free water testing. Definitely recommend if you're new to fish and need a helping hand.

Great service and has a great selection of products. Fish tanks and store are always clean and welcoming. Staff have a wealth of knowledge and are always happy to help. The manager Peter has always been happy help and answer our questions regarding our dog, cat and fish, as well as any other animal we are interested in.

Fantastic customer service from Marisa and the team. They could not have helped me any more, I was pointed in the right direction for what dog food to buy and the amounts my puppy should consume. My review is long overdue. I come in regularly with my puppy Samoyed Snowbear. The reason that we return is because of the excellent, kind caring, above and beyond customer service we receive each time we come to the store. The genuine care and serve we receive from Grace, Bree, Casey, and all of the staff makes me and my puppy feel cared for and special. Stopped in not quite knowing what I was needing to get. The staff member (I think her name was Marisa?) Was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I sorted out everything I needed for my Dogs and was on my way quick smart. Would shop again!

We have been going to Pet City Bentley for years now after previously shopping at several pet stores in the greater Cannington area we have bought numerous fish, a rescue cat as well as all the cat and dogs food, treats and toys etc. We keep coming back because Peter and his team are amazing when it comes to customer service, they are knowledgeable about all kinds of animals and are always pleasure to visit. We usually spend at least an hour there each time we drop in to pick something up or give the dog a wash in the free dog baths. Everyone working there is highly professional and passionate and they also have a huge range in stock.

Amazing customer service. Went in today trying to find a harness for my mum's chihuahua, and after finding nothing small enough for her to wear, one of the staff members suggested a ferret harness. He even allowed us to try it on her in the store! It was the perfect fit too!

This place is great and has a friendly feel from the get go as staff great you as you enter , there is a resident rabbit and pink and grey galah that are friendly and keen to say hello . I took my dog in store today and although he knocked over a box of treats staff still continued to great him with appropriate commands followed by a treat before they picked up the knocked over box .(staff asked if a treat was ok first too) there was no issues with my dog being allowed to sniff and choose what he wanted and look forward to being able to shop like this more often . Staff are very friendly and some times funny too .

This is our regular store for our fur babies as there is a great selection of dog food, treats, toys and accessories. Peter and the staff are always friendly and make shopping here a great experience. Highly recommend.
