I am a regular customer here and i like the way staff treats me and offers me their best service. The prices are reasonable. Place is hygiene, well organised and easy to shop. I recommend all you to visit there , it will be worth visiting.

I am regular customer for past 4-5 years and my experience is very good. I am very delighted by the service , hygiene and polite nature of staff even my friends and relatives have their best experiences with them. From my pov I suggest that everyone must pay a visit.

A wonderful tidy, shop for subcontinent (Indo-Bangla-Pak) groceries. Decent product range, reasonable price, friendly helpful staff make shopping a pleasure. They have some promotional offers for the purchase of certain amounts or products. A highly recommended place for desi bazar.

I just wanted to take a moment to thank Jatin for his exceptional customer service he has provided me with. Although I am not a resident of Perth, I have been placing my grocery orders with him via WhatsApp and I must say that he has been doing an amazing job.
His attention to detail is remarkable, as he always make sure that everything is packed properly and let me know if anything is not available. I also appreciate the fact that he contact me from time to time to keep me updated on my order and ensure that the grocery packs are ready before I arrive.
His commitment to providing excellent customer service has not gone unnoticed and I would like to give him a 10/10 rating for his outstanding efforts. Thank you once again for your exceptional service and I look forward to placing my next order with you.

Great shop where you can buy a huge variety of spices without paying rip off prices. I also love the atmosphere so peaceful with the nice music it feels like I've left australia and went on vacation

The stock of Indian spices, vegetables and all the ingredients all wonderful. The rates are reasonable and service is 👍 great. I reached here accidentally and enjoyed the shopping session. I would say it is better alternative to Morley in Perth.

Always a good experience visiting this Indian store. Even though the store looks small, I personally feel it has all the Indian items from fresh samosas to frozen vegetables. The best part of this store is, they have all the fresh unpacked spices. Love their product quality.
Recently I wanted an Indian product which was not available in any Indian Perth store but Bentley spices very kind enough to arrange that for me.

Bentley spice is one of the best Indian grocery store I have been to.
Staff is really good and friendly and arrange the products asap . My experience was amazing at time of pandemic, as they really arranged the products I needed whereas other stores stepped back and didn't really arrange specific product.
Looking forward for new products to arrive this Diwali.
Would recommend it to everyone, please visit them and also rate them best possible as the store deserves it.

Bentley spices is good place to buy indian groceries. Quality products with reasonable prices and very good service.
Bit shocking with the remarks people are making here about the store and the staff, Not true. You cant just expect when someone works from morning till evening to welcome you the way you want.. Everyone goes through something during the day..
Comment by a customer, staff should have left the attitude back home, i found it racial remark.. People learn, cant be right all the time or how you want them to behave towards you.
I think customers should take self responsibility before buying things too, give a extra 2secs to check expiry date etc, it will be helpful for you. If you wana buy, then buy it or dont buy..simple..
Whats the point after buying and complaining about it, and putting blame on the store person.
If you were offended, you should have spoke to the owner of the store, and that person may or will try to implement your thought.

Yesterday I came at this shop and there were two courteous fellows, Jatin and Lucky. Due to some direness I wanted to buy few things and literally both of them waited for 15-20 mins especially for me. I'm honored to the point that we are living far away from our homeland however didn't give up that fraternity blur from us. I hope the two of them will keep on accomplishing their exceptional work much the same as the manner in which they did yesterday. CHEERZZ!! 🇮🇳

Good little shop for Indian groceries. Reasonable prices. They also sell samosas and sweets which are tasty and fresh. Friendly staff. As always for shopping at any Indian/desi store in Australia always check for expiry dates.
