Dr Jason Ting

After months and months of suffering medical misogyny and gaslighting that my severe pain (bad enough it would make me cry, scream, and vomit) was essentially all in my head, an amazing RPAH Women and Babies nurse recommended I go to see Dr Ting. And what a lifesaver Claire was! Dr Ting is kind, professional, friendly, precise, and explained everything to me in detail. Most importantly, he believed me immediately - and, lo and behold, I had deep infiltrating endometriosis!

He got me in for surgery so quickly and every part of the experience was as supportive and stress-free as possible, with excellent follow-up, too (I saw Dr Ting twice before discharge, which felt like a luxury). My recovery has also been worlds away from a horrible laparoscopy I had done when I was thirteen and which had left me scared to have the surgery again. Thanks to Dr Ting’s care, skill, and precision, I am healing up nicely and with minimal pain, which is a delightfully pleasant surprise!

I can’t thank Dr Ting enough, most especially for treating me with dignity and like I’m an intelligent person who deserves to be actively involved in my own healthcare management and choices. If you’re tired of being ignored and made to feel crazy by the hospital system but know something’s not right in your body, please go to Dr Ting. You won’t regret it!

Dr. Ting was my doctor and performed on my surgery. He was super attentive, positive and never once talked down to me, he explained everything with great details and was very patient.

An amazing doctor, he was so kind and knowledgeable and listened to all my issues and honestly had a resolution for all of them. I was initially worried about male doctors but he has restored my faith completely, I would highly recommend him.

I fully credit Dr Ting for our gorgeous little girl. Through a complex fertility journey and pregnancy, we knew we were in amazing hands with Jason. Despite a very high risk pregnancy, I knew I could trust and rely on Jason’s knowledge and meticulous commitment to his work. More than that, his bedside manner is fantastic while remaining professional and reliable. He went more than above and beyond. I would highly recommend Jason to any woman who is looking for a doctor that will provide woman centred care, and drives his colleagues to do the same. Thank you Jason!

Dr Jason Ting delivered our first baby last week. Throughout my pregnancy, he was thorough and extremely knowledgeable. He was also very caring and patient when explaining everything to me and easing any concerns I had. My C-section went very smoothly and I was surprised at how little pain there was. I highly recommend Dr Ting and would definitely go back to him if we have another baby.

Dr Jason Ting looked after my wife throughout our pregnancy and delivered our healthy baby girl. I met Dr Ting years ago and always remembered his warmth and empathy. When it came time to choosing an obstetrician, it was the easiest decision in the entire pregnancy. I can not recommend Dr Ting anymore highly. He represents the best of the medical profession.

Dr Jason Ting is the obstetrician for our first baby. I am really glad that I've chosen him as my OB as he is very knowledgable, patient and caring, with great bedside manner. My delivery was a bit complicated, and Dr Ting was able to address it at the early stage. Unfortunately I was end up having an emergency C-section due to my high blood pressure, but my recovery was really good because of Dr Jason Ting's good skill, and my baby is very healthy. He is really taking care of his patient. Thank you Dr Ting, and I will Highly Recommend him to be your OB :)

Dr Ting delivered our daughter Sage in November and we could not be happier. Throughout the entire journey Jason was patient, kind and showed the upmost care and professionalism. His skilfulness and technical expertise is matched with an excellent bed-side manner. In addition, the lovely Isabella on reception makes every visit to Dr Ting an absolute joy. Thank you and we'll be back for number 2 (in a little while!).

Dr. Ting was our obstetrician for our first baby. Very knowledgeable and caring. Few years from when my baby was born, having a look at the photos of my newborn brings up memories of how Dr. Ting expertly managed a potentially difficult delivery. We will be for ever thankful.

I had a few female issues and Dr Ting took care of everything. He performed a full hysterectomy and it was surprisingly almost painless.. yes I had tenderness , bloated stomach and other typical symptoms, but for such a huge operation, it was bearable thanks to Dr Ting. He is patient, kind and extremely professional. I highly recommend Dr Ting for any female issues.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Ting. He made me feel at ease throughout my entire pregnancy, and labour/delivery was such a calm, positive experience.

Have not yet been reviewed by the Doctor as secretary rescheduled appointment without notifying me. Had to call on the day of appointment to discover the latter. When confronted, the secretary feigned innocence insinuating that my appointment did not exist in the first place and their system suggests that no rescheduling has occurred. She advised me my appointment was on another day. Secretary even had the audacity to went the length to accost me and suggest that I am misplacing my anger at her as she had no involvement. Thankfully, I had retained the voicemail (from said secretary, identifying herself in voicemail even). Voicemail requested that I call back to discuss my appointment - not even a subtle indication that it may be rescheduled. If she had just had the decency to own up and apologise in the first instance instead of redirecting blame to the patient. Appalling!
