Marion Bay Holiday Villas

A great setup for our family to kick back in, and the perfect base for our beach and bush outings. The living area and deck were a good space for the four of us to spread out. This unit has obviously been refreshed bit by bit, e.g. new fridge, new shower screen & fittings. Things are in good nick. Brett the manager was super responsive when we needed extra bedding removed and when we needed new gas for the barbies. The small bedroom was musty (maybe the carpet?) but the kids weren't fussed. Great value for money and great service. We hope to be back!

Rooms were clean and spacious. Furnishings are new.
Views from the window were ordinary, however, it's only a short walk to see beautiful scenery.
I had trouble opening the key security box, but got it after a while.
I'd be happy to come again. This is such a beautiful part of the country.

Villa has been recently renovated and updated, and so looks much improved compared to many of the images online. Brett, manager, was available to quickly answer any questions. Clean, lots of room, everything you need to prepare your own meals on stove or bbq, and clean up. We brought an esky of food and happily cooked every day. Small balcony table was lovely to eat at. Stunning, natural, beautiful setting. 1min drive from Innes National Park. Short walk to the beach. 14min drive to Gym Beach - which was stunning. Loved the hiking. Views, views, views! Everything clean and working well. Fridge and freezer. Comfortable and clean bed and couches. Hired towels and linen, probably would bring our own next time. Wall-mounted aircon unit hums like a helicopter is sitting on the roof, so bring a small portable heater if you are bothered by noisy machine rumbles. Did not need/try the cooling function. Ceiling fans throughout villa. WiFi was fine. On a side note, was happy to have brought bug spray and mosquito repellent because the peninsula grows mossies the size of small birds (well, almost 😉). 100% will stay again!

The villa was neat and clean with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. A two minute drive from the Innes National Park with superb beaches and gorgeous scenery.

This is the perfect summer getaway for the family if you enjoy the simple things in life. The accomodation was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the two of us and our 3 daughters. A fully self contained kitchen and complimentary bbq meant we could cook each day just like at home. Staff were amazing from the initial booking right throughout our stay offering plenty of information and happy to have a chat. The kids were excited to see some local wild life going about their business as well. With lots to explore in the local area and so many beautiful beaches, we will definitely be back.

Great location, rooms are clean tidy and homely felt very at ease and relaxed. The booking and arrival process was very easy. And walked to the beach and pub.

Great place to stay. We had a lovely 2 bedroom villa with everything you need for a short stay. Just 6 minutes away from the Innes National park was a great bonus. Will come back again
