Marion Bay Tavern

Had an awesome experience. The service is brilliant and food A1.
Stopped in for a meal after enjoying the town and local fishing 🎣 the atmosphere service and facilities are beyond expectations.
Thank you to the staff and compliments to the chef 👨‍🍳- we had pizza supreme and kids chicken nuggets. All food was served quickly and absolutely delicious. The serves are very generous.

Absolutely stunning spot in small town. 10 of us traveled down here and made a quick booking. What I can say? All food were amazing and everyone was satisfied to their food. 3 kids were annoyed and keep asking for more cheese(5-6 times I think) and friendly staff served them nicely and patiently. If possible, I would give them 100 stars for service. Definitely will be back if we travel down here again.

Dropped in for a quick bite to eat and was pleasantly surprised at this little gem! Food was excellent and priced fairly, service was efficient and friendly! Added bonus of the local emu passing through the gardens!!

This morning we wandered into the Marion Bay Tavern in the hopes that we would be able to catch an NFL game … we’re visiting from the States. Carol (or Kel) depending on who in our group you ask, gave it her best shot to find the game, unfortunately it was not available. We stayed for coffee which lingered into a 3 hour lunch. What a great little place. Ambience, check; Service, check; Location, check; Food, check … we had the nicest time. Highly recommend… Thank you Carol and company. P.S. our Chiefs won.

Staying at Gleesons Landing travelled down to the Tavern for lunch. Ten people everyone loved their meals. 5 stars from us. Great service guys. 👏

We called in during Easter when the place was packed. The kitchen managed to get our food out in about 20 mins which was awesome.

We had a party of six that had lunch and the food was outstanding as was the service. It was a totally enjoyable experience, the management and staff are to be congratulated!!!

My partner and I stopped at the tavern just before lunch close and ordered a steak sandwich and a bay burger. My partner will not stop talking about how delicious the steak sandwich was 😂 the burger was also delicious! Would definitely recommend visiting if you’re passing through Marion Bay

Staff are very friendly, bookings are essential during peak travel times (or always for peace of mind). Food is equivalent to an upscale pub, drink selections are a little limited. Overall a great place to eat. Prices are reasonable but on the slightly higher side due to location.

I've been here multiple times and have never had a problem.

The food is amazing. Seriously, I've had a parmy, a pizza, a seafood platter and more from here and I've never been let down.

The views are nice and the vibe is amazing.

It's a great family holiday when you have nothing to complain about!
We came on a travel auction. From first calling and booking, to check in and everything else. All staff have been so lovely and friendly.
The rooms are great. Modern, clean, tidy with everything you need (kettle, toaster, microwave, TV, queen and single bed, dining table with chairs, block out blind, split system, great bathroom).
The parking is directly out of the front of the room. Quiet and tucked away. Walk out the driveway to the jetty.
Meals art the tavern were delicious!
The pizza is super popular.

Can't wait to come back again!

We went to the Tavern for lunch and the meals were very nice too big for us females but the males ate theirs, no complaints.

Second night in a row eating dinner here. Staff are brilliant. Drinks are a great price and a good range. We ate here on a packed night on Valentine’s Day and they were still super quick and lovely. Perfectly cooked steaks with delicious sauces. Here for the seafood and schnitzels tonight and they did not disappoint. Generous servings and super quick again. Thank you!!!
