I got a pair of boots from Ice Monster months ago. My feet are extremely difficult to fit. The guys at IM ensured that they’d try to make the skates work for me with boot stretching and punching. My feet still struggled even after a hefty modification, but their efforts still made some positive difference. I was able to keep progressing in jumps and spins once the boots fit me a bit better with extensive boot punching. I am grateful to these guys, especially Ellis, who did everything he can to make my skates work.

I purchased a pair of hockey skates for my daughter. It was really challenging because we're based in Melbourne, but couldn't get the size down here. I contacted Michael at Ice Monster and he was so patient. After many emails about brand, size, width etc, the skates were sent from Sydney to Melbourne and they're perfect! Thank you.

We went in looking for a pair of figure skates. They measured my daughter's feet and tried a couple of different sizes, but they were out of stock if the size we need, they explained that it was the distributor that was out and suggested to check back in a couple of weeks as a shipment was due to arrive. Happy to wait because of the service and will definitely be heading back. While there it looked like they're a huge stockist of ice hockey equipment and a workshop for repairs and adjustments.

Amazing support and amazing gear at great prices! I had to get gear to return to hockey after many years they helped me select what I needed. Unfortunately the night before hockey I realised the helmet cage combo was the wrong size and I took it back and they went through a few options till we found one that fit and just swapped it over! Great people I highly recommend them!

I placed my order on yesterday morning at about 8am, and I've received my order today at 3pm. I am super impressed by their delivery service.

This is the first time in my life I’ve ever been compelled to write a review but I just had to praise the exceptional customer service my boyfriend and I received when we came into the warehouse. We are both new to skating and came in with a very minimal idea of what to purchase but the employee who assisted us was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient. This is especially considering that we came in quite close to closing time yet he did not make us feel rushed and ensured we got the optimal skates for both our respective needs (though of course we were very apologetic for coming in late). We will definitely be coming back for all of our future skating needs!

Absolutely incredible service! I recently got into figure skating a few months ago and was ready to upgrade to Jackson skates. Great range of options and sizes. Even had the skates heat moulded and sharpened. Incredible customer service and the guys there were lovely! Will definitely be returning for all my figure skating supplies.

Purchased a pair of inline hockey pants for my son online. Michael was super helpful via email in getting things sorted. Price was good and the shipping was quick. Very pleased!👍🏼

Have ordered stuff online, bought in store, and dropped my skates off for sharpening and I’m happy with all of it. Quick shipping. Good service in store. Of the ~4-5 places in Sydney and surrounds that I’ve had skates sharpened, the results have by far been the best at Ice Monster. The only thing I can fault to date is the relatively short opening hours for us living further away, but it’s something I can live with.

The customer service is great there. The staff was very patient when helping my daughter to find out the right size skates to fit her.

Wonderful customer service - needed to get my daughter some skates for private lessons and they explained the importance of blade length not just shoe size. They customised the shoes (widened them) on the spot to fit my daughter + sharpened them. It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be getting all my skating needs from Ice Monster again and will be recommending them to friends.

I went into Ice Monster to get some new skates (Jackson Freestyle Fushions) after moving on from my entry level boots. I had been waiting a long time to be able to get new skates and was super excited.
The store had a huge range of products at great prices and the staff were very knowledgeable.
The gentleman who helped me was friendly and knew his stuff, he helped me find the right size and width for my feet, sharpened the blades and heat moulded them for me! He even got me some cold water to help cool down while heat moulding the boots which was a lovely surprise.

My package was originally lost due to the couriersplease company being unprofessional, I contacted ice monster and they re-sent a new package completely free of charge without hesitation through auspost. Was very happy with their quick and very helpful customer service.

I came here with my friend to buy our first ice skates. The staff were very patient and helpful with us to find the pairs that would fit properly.
Should the need arise, I would definitely go back to buy the more expensive/high quality figure skates in the future.

It's a great place to buy your skates from with the lowest in-store prices. They have so many brands and styles depending on what you need. They help you choose what is best for you. I'm so pleased with my experience with them.

Absolutely great shopping experience- a pair of skates, heat-moulded, sharpened and then some extra work on stretching the right boot. Plus good chat, professional advice etc etc. Still feels a bit surreal that I’ve just been to a huge warehouse filled with ice hockey stuff and didn’t need to leave Australia:)
