Great amenities. Friendly service. Rooms could be a bit more sound proof as noise from outside made it a little hard to get to sleep and again in morning. Rooms are awesome though and great size. Well appointed. Indoor swimming pool was great. Needs a sauna in the corner and it would be 6 out of 5 stars. Loved our stay will probably be back at some point.

Great two bedroom for families. Clean room with everything we needed for our stay.
Bathroom lock needs changing, and both bathrooms could do with a bleach down, but otherwise room was just what we needed passing through Canberra.

All good, rooms were good and comfortable. Maybe we should have asked, but two security cards would have been handy. But otherwise it was really good and value for money.

The rooms are clean and very well appointed, the conference/training rooms are modern and perfect for small or larger groups and group activities.

The Apartments are located so close to shops. You can walk to the Dickson shops in 10 minutes.

If you are looking for value for money, modern rooms, exceptional customer service and extremely comfortable accommodation - this is your Hotel!!

I have been staying at the Parklands for many, many years, usually half a dozen times a year. Current management is exceptional, the best it's ever been. The team particularly Matt and Monica are unfailing helpful and friendly not matter what the issue is (often regarding my irregular check in time or a room request). The rooms are always spotlessly clean, comfortable and well serviced. It is an extremely convenient location and the pool and huge outside courtyard area is an added bonus. I refuse to stay anywhere else in Canberra as the great rooms, professional, lovely staff and value for money is the best. They bent over backwards to help me out recently with a last minute booking - yet again, so I am extremely grateful and just wanted to give them a well deserved shout out -Thanks Parklands!

A beautiful place to stay, the staff were so friendly and I really loved the indoor pool, like swimming in a bath!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Equipment in the room was generously and intelligently provided, including an up-to-date TV in each living area—one of which was huge. There were also 100s of included streaming movies and other online info/services. Wifi was strong, able to cope well with Zoom conferencing. Parking was convenient and secure. The hotel was well attended when we were there, indicating satisfied repeat customers. There were some construction works occurring in the next lot when we were there, but these were not loud in our room (116) and even then, the noise did not persist. The two person desk and chairs (pictured) in our room were sturdy, comfortable and good for getting work done. Everything we might need was provided: microwave, iron, roomy bar fridge, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, washing machine, laundry liquid and clear instructions, tea, coffee (incl. decaf.), sugar, ample crockery and cutlery, tea towel, extra blanket, etc, etc and everything was clean and tidy. This I really appreciated... somehow the lighting was warm, not cold and harsh.

This place saved our holiday in Canberra. Great helpful staff. Loved Uber travel services in this city.

We had a great stay. Staff were awesome and made sure that all our requirements were met. Room was very comfortable, great hot water and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs.

I have stayed here before and always found it to be of a good standard and very convenient location. Will stay here again next time I am in Canberra. A couple of very minor inconveniences - one bedside light not working and the pull-up cord on one of the blinds was broken so it could not be raised. Otherwise amenities were very good.

Lovely staff in reception and great to have parking included. And an indoor pool a bonus.

Staff were only to happy to help with anything we had a problem with.
Room was clean and comfortable, Tea & Coffee supplies were good quality and plenty of it.

Rooms are comfortable, lots of hot water, beds are good. No hot plate in our room, just fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Big TV that you could stream stuff from your phone to it. Parking has 2.1m height limit.

We went down with my family as we needed to attend some administrative work in ACT. Very friendly and helpful staff as we had a toddler with us. They organised porta cot for us,which was very clean and even looked like new. Place has a pool ,which was a massive help in the raining weather to entertain our daughter.
Perfect location to the park and shops. When we were originally booking there was only 1 bedroom apartment available, staff took note of me needing a 2 bedroom, so us and toddler get get a good sleep. They rang me day prior saying that got last minute cancellation. Room was PERFECT for our needs with 2 rooms,2 bathroom and washing machine, including free parking and wifi!!! For any family with kids this is a must have to surrvive LOL. Thank you ,we enjoyed our stay.

Such a great spot. close to Wollies & bottle shop. Close to Tram. Great staff ( Matt) very obliging & helped carry bags to room etc. Rooms were clean . Beds were super comfy with good pillows. Lots of nice little areas to sit outside. Good warm pool. Be going back for sure.

Great location, convenient and walking distance to supermarkets/restaurants. Beautiful courtyard, room was good, wish it had a bit more of a kitchenette for dishes as rooms were not serviced for the weekend. Pool was a good addition, overall great place :)

One of Canberra is hidden gems! Very quiet, very friendly staff and incredibly clean. The rooms are large and well appointed, the beds very comfy.
Very close to amazing restaurants and only about 15 minutes drive from the centre.
Make sure you book a cab in advance if you’re travelling in peak hour though!

Great location, plenty of shopping and food spots nearby. Facilities and my room were clean, underground car parking was excellent. Inground pool was relaxing and very warm, staff were friendly... Keep up the great work
