Wow! All I can say is wow! My husband and boys were in awe, even myself at all the amazing toys and gadgets, which are quality products.
What an awesome shop with friendly staff that go above and beyond to offer wonderful assistance. I wish we had this shop in Sydney, have never seen anything like it before. Great work!

A couple of weeks ago I bought a Radiolink radio control unit from this store in Parkes. when got home to Sydney I found a part missing I rang the store. I also requested more info on the unit I bought.
The store dispatched the missing part and extra the documentation requested, quickly.
I found the staff I interacted with both in the store, and over the phone friendly and helpful, and the interaction pleasant.

The best customer service we have experienced for a very long time we were travelling thru Parkes they fixed our CB problem for us, they went above and beyond with help and service

Great people. Needed a power supply that was going to take a day to get in, but as we were only passing through, that wasn't going to work. They very kindly opened up their display unit and sold me the power supply from that for the retail price. Outstanding service, and really got me out of a hole. Thanks!!
