500 Degrees Restaurant Kogarah

We stumbled upon this restaurant after a long day running around. We had been in the area and live quite a way from here. We have been so pleasantly surprised to find a premium steakhouse in the suburbs. This is the quality of a restaurant usually in the Sydney CBD!
It was made even more special by the service of Jessa. She was very attentive and very smiley. She checked on us a few times and was efficient. Every meal that came out of the kitchen looked better than the next. We will be making the long trip from home back here to try more of their menu. Thanks Jessa for your service.

This is a great restaurant, the food was awesome, the meat was cooked perfectly, the chips were delicious. The service was second to none, I couldn’t fault it. If I had to criticise anything, I would say the toilet facilities weren’t that great. You had one set of toilets serving several restaurants and they were quite a distance from this particular restaurant. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience dining here. Lovely.

Such a great ambiance and amazing food, the salmon and the oysters were mind blowing. One of the best steak house in Sydney, must try. Beautiful vibe and so helpful staffs, the service was soo nice. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Clean reastaurant. Top quality Australian, tasty eye fillet, pepper sauce, and fresh salad are excellent. Choices with the steak were french fries or fresh salad. Nice atmosphere. 3 choices of seating. Friendly staff, good chef, central location. Close to Public Hospital and a beautiful view to Greek Orthodox Church with the statue of Bruce Lee next to it.

What a great evening, looking for a steak restaurant for dinner, we ended up having four course set menu which was extraordinary! Service was out of this world and especially Jasa, who served our table gave us five star service from beginning to the end! (Seriously haven’t experienced this kind of service apart from Sydney CBD) We will surely be back again and thank you everyone at 500!!!!

We decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary here.we throughly enjoyed the meal.food was great 😋 my hubby said the (A5 full blood Wagyu served with 24K gold and black caviar was so delicious. Staff was very pleasant great service especially our server Jessa❤ definitely coming back again for another celebration..

We had a great meal for my mums birthday. Tomahawk was cooked beautifully and we enjoyed dessert too.

Our waitress Jessa was very attentive and helped made the occasion special.

It’s a wonderful restaurant in Sydney, the lamb was surprised delicious and the mushroom was delicious too. All are good. Nice😋

We had a wonderful dinner there to celebrate our anniversary. The wait staff were so friendly and attentive. The oysters were fresh and creamy texture. My husband had the lobster tail and loved it. My beef skewer was perfectly tender. Everything was really well presented and tasty from our drinks to dessert. We'll definitely be back!

Tasty, mouth watering , good portion and delicious. Lamb rack ribs were cooked perfectly, service is awesome.

Celebrated my son's birthday in this cosy restaurant. We were there for lunch. Tried kangaroo steak, my first time trying kangaroo. Loved it, it was wonderful.

We reached the restaurant early, just a few customers were around. They have very few tables. Likely to be crowded at peak hours.

Excellent service and ambience. Worth a try. Not sure about the pricing, though.

Regularly visited this restaurant for years. Really glad to see they keep the high quality of the food. Most favorite dish is the beef ribs and wague steak. now they even offer a set menu, would definitely try them next time.
