Hairhouse Bondi Junction

Mars is an absolute legend!! I recently got an infection after my first piercing at a different place and was unable to put my earring in. I came to Hairhouse a few minutes before closing and Mars stayed behind at the end of the day to very kindly help me put the earring in. She was so gentle and made me feel much more calm and comfortable and didn't even charge for it. A few weeks later we came back and Mars again was very kind in helping me to choose a good set of earrings and giving great advice for aftercare. Thank you so much Mars, I don't know what we'd do without you! 😊

Rushed in on Thursday night to get my usual restock before close. I was so flustered that I grabbed all the wrong products and purchased them. I only noticed that they were different after purchase. The person helping me at the counter was so patient with me, and really lovely through the entire exchange. I hope management can reward them in some way for their fantastic customer service.

Mars helped both my mum and I get some beautiful seconds put in. She was super kind and made both of us feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience! A mother-daughter memory helped along by Mars and Hairhouse at Bondi Junction!

Walked in to get an ear piercing last Saturday. Ella was really chill yet professional. Very informative about what needs to be done and answered all my questions. Very clean, quick and comfortable process.
Will go again if I decide to get another piercing.

Went to get my helix pierced and Ella was so kind and professional! She used a needle and kept everything so clean and sterile. Within the short time my friend and I spoke to her, it was clear that her knowledge and experience regarding piercings was beyond her years! Would highly recommend seeing her for any piercings or even just for care questions!

I have been coming here for over 5 years, today I went in for my usual cut and blowwave, I was informed that there has been a big change to the store. I was impressed with the new hairdresser her name is Esky. I highly recommend her and the Bondi junction salon! Looking forward to my next appointment - Thank you 💇‍♀💕

I had my hair done by Jess & she was amazing. Done exactly what I wanted and am in love with my hair. Highly recommend her. Also gave me amazing advice on what I should do with my hair was so helpful and a great hairdresser:))

Clean store with great product range and staff that know their stuff! Lorenzo helped me with my piercings and Ally helped me learn to style my curly hair :)

Lauren was amazing! She did big bouncy curls, everyone commented on my hair & it stayed for days - also very well priced. Will definitely be coming back :)

Got served by the lovely girl with Purple streaks in her hair, i think her name was Ally. Excellent service, well mannered and very open and honest on products that will help me maintain my handsome extravagant hair! Definitely recommend & will be back for sure

I go often to this store for product and information. Ally helped me today, she is a lovely girl, very bubbly and was more than happy to
chat and make sure I had everything I needed. I would recommend the store as nothing was too difficult for her. Ally has a genuine interest in her customers.

I've had bleach and tone done by peri and it was so lovely! I've had some issues with previous colour in my hair and a lot of regrowth but fortunately Peri made the professional decision tone and dye my hair a slight 'Periwinkle' shine. It looked gorgeous! Would definitely return for their services x

I got pierced by Ella and she was amazing! I recommend everyone to go her if you want to have some piercing done in Bondi!
Also other girl named Ally helped me with choosing a hair product, she was lovely. Thank you girls for making my visit good at your store!

Omg I have to rave about Ali - I went there in an absolute state and Ali was so kind and patient in helping me choose a range of products to help my hair condition. It honestly was the most educational fun and enjoyable experience I have ever had at a salon and I have been to many! Thank you Ali for brightening my day :D

Had my haircut fixed by a really lovely hairdresser named Peri. I had a straight cut done to my hair by another salon and when it grew a but I realised it was really choppy and uneven. Peri fixed it up and gave me a fringe trim as well. They were super friendly and helpful and I’m so happy my hair is fixed!

Ally B is one of the most helpful persons I have ever come across! It is worth the trip over to Bondi to get such knowledgeable advice on hair! Truth be told, a trip to Miranda is closer! I am happy to keep going to Hairhouse at Bondi for premium service by the lovely Ally B!

Can’t say enough beautiful things about Ella and Ally who helped my daughter through her first piercing! Was a great experience for my daughter and truly believe it was because these girls were so patient with her!

Ella is the best sales person I have ever met . She is so friendly, energetic, well behaving and beautiful. She gave me the best Hairhouse tour and experience. I would highly recommend to go and see her every time you go in that shop.

I got my haircut yesterday by a really lovely lady (I'm 90% sure her name was Perry) She gave me excellent advice on what would suit my face shape and gave me a short bob. I love my new haircut and will definitely be back!
