Marion Bay Accommodation - Las Arenas Beach House

Unlike other reviews here... I found this place to be great. The price was clear from the get go (booked through Stayz). The owner always responded promptly and there were no surprises with the check-in (which, was very easy). Everything was as expected as listed online about the property. A fair price for such a large space. Stayed with a group of friends over the long weekend and we all had a great time. Nice to have so many beds and a good entertaining area and dining/kitchen space, as well as a private under cover outdoor space. We found everything was expected and the location being great and a 2 min walk to Willyama Beach and a short drive to the main part of Marion Bay and being close to Innes NP entrance was a bonus - we even had great weather. We would stay here again. 5 Stars.

Made a booking & paid deposit through Stayz. Owner later contacted us & said something like, 'oops, I gave you the wrong rate - you owe me another $1000 if you want to stay'. His mistake but refused to own it & Stayz conditions basically allow the owner to do this. Cancelled booking - we don't like dealing with people like this anyway. Beware.
