bought the hghs senior uniform here. have run out of the popular sizes especially 12 but great service

I had to purchase items through the School Locker online. It has been the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered. I tried to arrange for an exchange for a larger size, and the whole process has been exhausting. The communication is extremely poor (when they reply), they require constant follow up and they still sent out the wrong item. When raising this with them, they come back with an excuse that makes no sense and clearly demonstrates that they lack basic customer service skills and common sense. Good luck if you are dealing with Herbert, you'll need it!

The most useless storefront I have ever encountered. Turned up on one of their very few opening days only to find the store closed with no lights on or sign explaining what was going on. Shop online instead

Unfortunately I have no choice but to buy from School Locker online as it’s the only place that my daughter’s uniform is stocked.
They have terrible communications and customer service if there are any issues with your online order.
I have not received an update about a replacement for a faulty item, despite following up with them 3 times.

called the number - sent to voice mail - wanted to return via post through the website likewise no reply - I'm in the process of contacting NSW Gov disputes.

They don't even pick the phone,
We have no other choice to buy my daughter's school stuff anywhere else ...
