Xpresso Lane Cafe

I come here at least once every R&R and I am never disappointed. The meals are large and delicious and the service is always welcoming.

The price is about average for Perth ($15-$27 depending on the meal) but with the serving size it is value for money. I highly recommend coming for breakfast here.

They have a banh mi bar here and oh my goodness, turns out my local shopping centre has the freshest, tastiest banh mi!! Get onto it, folks.

Literally best bahn mi I've had in Perth in FOREVER, perfect crispy pork, stuffed full and they make their own mayo. Staff are also super nice and quick to order

Brought Mum for lunch for her Birthday. The seafood chowder was absolutely delicious😋, grilled fish with mash & salad great too. Fish was tasty. Staff happy & friendly. Always a great coffee🍰

What a gem of a place! The lunches are delicious and more generous than anywhere else I know. The chef does a great job of making a simple sounding meal an absolute delight. The staff are very friendly and efficient.
I challenge you to find a cafe in any shopping centre which can beat this one.And just to finish, the decor is lovely and the music relaxing. Perfect!

My wife and l had breakfast here. It was our first visit. The food was excellent, presentation was also tops. Fresh mint sprigs gave the meals a delightful smell plus the service was one of the best l have received. Drinks were of high standard.
Will definitely be back to try out their lunches.

What a great little coffee shop. Just a coffee shop in a suburban mall??? Nope. This place is really quite something. The decor and detail in everything here is just so congruent and comfortable and it really spells out that the owners here take a lot of pride in their place and that love shows in every detail. The wall art and decor, the flower arrangements, the signage and even the teaspoons. The staff smiles and interactions clearly spelled out that they love their place and wat they do. Coffee was great but all else was far better. I would give then ten stars if i could. Thank you.

Lunch today with dad and the fish and chips were great. Dad gave thumbs up for great meal, great service and beautiful coffee. Would recommend.

It's a great cafe, the food is always delicious and fresh. The staff are amazingly friendly. I love the red velvet cake and slice.
