Always friendly staff happy to help and answer any questions you have and generally a great knowledge of all things lego as well, cool lego displays which change quite often and great variety of Lego's, including being able to make your own little lego person in store.
Store is always clean and welcoming and not as busy and full on as the new one in Sydney.
If you don't like crowds and feeling crammed and rushed, than this is the one to go to.

My daughter and I are avid fans of Lego and this store is the best!
The team are all Lego enthusiasts and very welcoming and know their stuff!
The Lego range is extensive they also host special events which are both fun and rewarding!
If you are looking at creating custom mini figures, getting hard to get models or just want to browse to see what’s new (or old) then this store is certainly worth a visit!

Great place to go for a Lego fans. The store is a bit small in term of sizes, but they have a lots of sets for sale and they have some good example builds and interactive display. Definitely worth a visit.

Yes, it was open day.... yes it was busy. The staff were friendly, the store was well stocked and even with the amount of product available and on show it was not congested.

Had a great time shopping at the store. It was clean and well organised. The wonderful store attendee Yamin helped us, she considered the building experience, release dates by month, and my nephews interests to help my mum and I choose the perfect gifts! I would definitely recommend this store and really appreciated her patience and expertise !

Possibly the nicest Lego staff in Australia! Shop isn’t huge but easy to find and a good range. Kids didn’t want to leave!

Had a good experience, went the other day for an exchange, I wasn’t given a receipt when I purchased them. But the day if exchange Hamzah went above and beyond to help me with the exchange, he was quick and efficient, regardless of the store being busy. Staff here are incredible. So knowledgeable about their products and they go above and beyond to help customers. My partner and I were assisted by Aareez, who was so dedicated to make sure our Christmas was as cheerful as possible. Call me an old cynic, but I am one of the people that thought customer service was dead. Not the tosh that passes for it these days, but proper, robust, old school customer service that we used to receive without question in the 80s.

Went in the other week looking to buy some legos. The store was amazing. Everything was laid out nicely. The staff was incredibly attentive. One team member named Anthony who gave me a shop tour and was attentive to all my needs. Amazing job! Will drop by again.
