Every time I pass through Parramatta Road, I can't help but wonder why this burger joint always has a long line every day. After several years, I couldn't take it anymore. I turned around when travelling on the other side of the street, and charged over to eat! The wagyu burger is loaded with flavourful ingredients - jalapeño, coleslaw, and pineapple, yet surprisingly harmonious, perfectly seasoned, highlighting the wagu aroma. The perfectly melted cheese is simply the icing on the cake! The chicken burger is also tasty. Seasoned to perfection. Their standard chicken burger comes with 2 pieces of chicken - the owner truly understands us meat lovers! The loaded fries are somewhat like Canadian poutine, but with some chopped fried chicken and beef rasher. When I saw the beef rasher, I suddenly realized that this place is halal! There's no pork on the menu! If all halal foods are so delicious, I think I can eat it every day! We left with satisfied taste buds and admiration. Next time, we'll come back for a late-night visit! After all, we haven't had a chance to try their special milkshake yet!

My experience at Chubby Buns in Lidcombe was absolutely delightful! I had the pleasure of trying their Signature Chubby Burger and loaded fries, and I must say, it was a feast for the senses. The Signature Chubby Burger, made with premium Wagyu beef, melted American cheese, dill pickles, diced Spanish onions, crisp coral lettuce, and maple beef rasher, all smothered in their special chubby sauce and ketchup, was a flavour explosion in every bite. The combination of high-quality ingredients on a perfectly toasted milk bun was pure perfection.

The attention to detail and the freshness of the ingredients truly stood out, making each mouthful a culinary delight. The loaded fries were equally impressive, with a generous amount of toppings that added an extra layer of indulgence.

Not only was the food exceptional, but the service was also top-notch. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring a memorable dining experience.

If you're a fan of gourmet burgers and crave a taste sensation, Chubby Buns is the place to be. They make extremely good burgers and chips. The load of fires are wonderful and it has chicken and bacon! Amazing combo!

The burger we ordered was wagyu burger and it is very juicy and yummy.

They are located next to the Paramatta Road. If you can't accept it, don't go there.

Comparing to the same types of places, here you have almost unlimited tissue 🤣🤣

Not a fan of the seating area. Just have a bad feeling a car is going fly into the seating area while hooning on Parramatta road.

Had a burger here straight after attending a concert~ it was the only place around that serve good food at 12 am~ it was one of the best meals i had in awhile~

Best chicken sandwich I tasted in Sydney. Burgers were delicious according to my cousin. Long line but we didn't wait long. Service was fantastic. Only complain is that parking is limited and sucks.

Definitely lived up to its hype! Juicy burgers at quite affordable prices - you won’t be disappointed! I’ll definitely be back.

They have a little bit of seating just outside, but it is a food truck!

The burgers had an amazing smokey flavour we, had their signature chubby meal. The chips were excellent a swell. I have marked it 4 star as we had to wait for 20min. Atmosphere is that of a street food place but could be better. For the price I would give it a 5 start overall. Definitely worth a visit.

How tasty are these burgers, always drive past and never got a chance to stop and try.

The smoke always bellows out of the chimney while queues are waiting for their orders to be taken, luckily they are really quick.

One of the best burgers in Sydney. Down-to-earth establishment serving up to-go burgers, loaded fries & soft drinks. Nice staff and well-priced. A broad range of foods covering all tastes. We tried a wide range of burgers, all people satisfied. Highly recommended.

Also ordered the special chubby buns burger (forgot the name). That was amazing. It was a bit spicy, perfect.

Got the KitKats thick shake, really really good.

There’s not much parking, maybe 8 spots? At the restaurant.

There’s a surprising number of seats though and a tap nearby to wash your hands.

Food was really good, recommend.

Can be a cheat treat on days that you’re craving for some fresh fries and bacon.

I like the fries here cuz it’s always so fresh, the bacon is balanced in sweet-and-salty flavour, chicken is crispy.

I asked for less cheese cuz Im not a big fan of cheese so it tastes good. Would try asking no cheese and less sauce next time cuz I wanna try the original flavour of fries and other toppings 😋

Good food n good price! Burger is classic food truck with proper food truck prices. Chips are seasoned well. Service is kind and fast.
A bit tricky to access if coming from other side of highway but can quickly get around the block.
My go to for a quick feed

Dropped by at 1am on a Friday night, there was a bunch of people around, all friendly and nice. I was driving past and saw the smoke and the lights and it looked interesting enough so I turned around and went back. I had a signature burger and it was excellent. I was served fast (despite the crowd) and stood around chatting with some excellent folks. This place has the kind of atmosphere that you can't fake. It's a tiny burger joint right on top of a public weighbridge on busy Parramatta road. Recommended. Returned after a few months, this time with my wife, it was 130am, the place is still the best for late night food in Sydney. I've read through a couple of the reviews here and found one from a vegan who gave it one star, which is great comedy. If you'll excuse me, I have to go and give a one star review to a gym I joined - they expected me to exercise! Unbelievable! Anyway, thanks Joey - great burgers.

Pretty damn good burgers and great service. Might have to wait a bit during busy times of day but that's understandable. Delicious.

Halal food options available too. About 12 parking spaces available at the back of the shop, organised seating area by the streets. Only down side is, it's located next to a super busy street, so if you dining in, need to prepare excessive traffic noise and smokes. Overall amazing burger joints 😋 👌 😍 🙌 ❤ 💖

They got the american cheese and Big Mac sauce down right! Decent portion and reasonably cheap for a late night feast!
